Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! Had a great stay at Sari Pacific. The staff was welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. The birthday amenities and cakes were a great addition to our staycation. Big shoutout to the room team and the team who surprised us with a birthday cake and song—it made the stay even more special! In-room dining was amazing—we had the ayam goreng madu and sop buntut bakar, both highly recommended. The newly renovated room was comfortable and well-designed. Overall, a great experience and would stay again.

Great experience to stay at BW Express, didn’t feel like an express hotel which commonly only provide small room and average food. Surprisingly BW Espress’ room is spacious and super clean! The lobby, corridor, everything is just neat and clean, just love it. Hotel’s location is very strategic as well. Unfortunately only 1 elevator in operation, seems the other was under maintenance.
BW Express would definitely become my first option to stay at central Jakarta next time, keep up the good work 💕

The room is adequate. The hotel service is good. The receptionist was very polite and helping. However, the toilet malfunctioned The flush and jet shower were not working. The breakfast was delivered to the room and the taste was standard. Overall, I enjoy the stay in this hotel. will definitely recommend it for a budget hotel

Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin was an amazing moment for my life and you mus try. Thank you for your hospitality and will come back again in future.

the main feature is the spacious room. beds are comfy not to mention the complete in room facilities you get at a very affordable price! there are some fast food restaurants nearby. 15 minutes to gambir station. 24 hours reception and there is a coffee shop which is literally 5 steps away from the front desk. staffs are helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, had a hanging wardrobe, mineral water, coffee, sugar, and a thermos of hot water, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the water was flowing, and soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels were provided.
To pray, just cross the street; there's a very nice mosque right in front of the hotel.
The service was good, friendly, and there was a 24-hour front desk.
Cleaning staff were available.
Shopping for food was also easy, as there were various eateries around the hotel 24/7.
Thamrin Mall was also close by, within walking distance, and other means of transportation were also available.
Monas was close, Tanah Abang was close, and Bundaran HI was also close...
Laundry services were also available nearby.
In short...
Everything was satisfactory, including the price.
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there were no additional fees...
I say jazaakullahu khairan to the hotel.

Great, 2 star budget hotel but the environment is 3 star above. Room size compact as usual since is budget hotel but the design make it look big, all the luggage can put underneath the bed, make it tidy. Customer service is good, room design is very modern and most important part, very clean. I definitely look for this hotel brand name at other country

Had been staying here 2 times. A very clean hotel, the room is spacious enough. I requested the high floor and 2 sided windows so I could enjoy the city lights at night and they provided as requested, which is really good. The facilities such as the swimming pool, gym area, are open but there's a limitation of the amount of people inside each facility due to COVID protocol. The food tastes not really good but don't worry, there's a small mall in the building which has lots of well-known tenants such as Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, Re. Juve, Bengawan Solo Coffee, etc., and beside the building you can also have Nasi Padang Merdeka for your dinner. Yum!
