Affordable price with a very comfortable hotel to stay. Very friendly and quick response from the staff, receptionists, house keeping, and breakfast lounge staff who were very helpful and nice. The best hotel room we've ever booked. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is located close to the city center, the rooms and hotel area are clean, the view from the window is very nice because it can see the atmosphere of Batam city, the food is varied and very tasty, the service in the restaurant is also very friendly. The hotel is not far from street food, Alfamart, Indomaret, hospitals, etc. Next time I will stay here again.

Starting from check-in, I was very satisfied until I entered the room, it was amazing, it really matched what I read in the review, I was only in transit for a day but it was a shame to leave because I could rest comfortably with my family. There were 8 of us, it was perfect with the facilities, there were 3 rooms and all the facilities in the room were functioning well👍👍👍 very complete, even the eating and cooking equipment .... Highly recommended for families with many members. Thank you very much to the receptionist and the part that prepared the room, I will come back to this place if I visit or transit in this city.👍 (Room 3 - Bathroom 2)

A pleasant stay at the Batu Aji SP hotel! The condition of the room according to the photo, even large enough for 2 people. There are basic bath amenities (dental kit, soap, towel). the condition of the public area is clean, the lobby, corridors and restaurants are clean. Breakfast is very simple, there are only 3 types of food (noodles, fried rice, toast and fruit). very strategic location, right next to the sp plaza. The staff is also friendly. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Batu Aji area at a cheap price!
