Nothing to say, everything above and beyond my expectations.

Had an amazing stay here. The room is very spacious, decorated with classic furniture that give a royal feeling. 10/10 will stay here again.

I had a pleasant 2N stay; I liked my room so much, last minute I extended for an extra night. The bedsheets, pillowcases, towels are all impecable. AC worked properly, no weird smell in the bathroom. Room is big with Rasuna Said street view.

Westin Jakarta was a good hotel a few years ago, but it's now below a 4-star hotel quality. Most of the employees are not trained well and opened my room door by using their card without my permission. It was very surprising. Not only that, but also I did experience a delayed check-in. Even though the check-in time was 3 PM, I was able to check in at 4:18 PM because the staff said that they needed to check the room status. It was an entirely terrible experience. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel, go somewhere else.

A very pleasant place to stay. Not too far from the city. The room is spacious and clean. You can order food from the Japanese restaurant down the hotel.

Dirty bedroom and bathroom, receptionist is not ready, not worthy

I can say, I didn't enjoy staying in the hotel. The AC was broken, resulting to the hot conditioned room. I already escalated it to the staffs, but they couldn't be much helpful. It feels like they didn't do any maintenance at all to the rooms there. I checked out early in the night and moved to another hotel cause I was very not comfortable with that condition.

OYO is always reccomended, as my last stay here is awesome worth the price will visit again soon.
