The staff was very friendly and the hotel atmosphere is comfortable.

My experience staying at Swiss-Belinn Manyar Surabaya for 1 night was very pleasant and comfortable..exceeded my expectation for this hotel..friendly reception staff..fast and easy check in process..stayed in room 518 which is the same floor access to the swimming pool..the room is quite large and comfortable..the bathroom is clean and well maintained..only the parking area is not spacious enough..but hotel visitors are directed to park in the apartment building next to this hotel without having to pay parking fees again..in the hotel area there are also many restaurants that are very easy to reach..thank you for this impressive experience..highly recommend this hotel and will come back again another time..

The hotel is comfortable, especially being close to malls, but the room is HOT because of the big windows. The AC works fine, but the room is just too hot to handle in the evening and afternoon.

Nice place to stay. For a short stay.

no toothbrush?? worse I think then only got 2 mini bottle of mineral water. breakfast so terrible
