I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Indonesia Arena for a concert and it really was super close and walkable!
Arrived later at night and the staff were all super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay and were all very lovely. The check-in and checkout process was super smooth, I really have no complaints.
The room itself is really great. The beds were comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave.
Breakfast spread is varied and delicious as well.
Very lovely and nice place to stay. 10/10

The room was clean and cozy, with Netflix-ready TV, good AC, and hot water, perfect for unwinding after a day in Central Jakarta. The location’s great too, just a short ride to GBK or Senayan area, making it easy if you’re attending events nearby. Staff were friendly, and the small café downstairs was a nice bonus for a simple breakfast or coffee run.

Had a pleasant stay here, the staffs are superb, especially the security/bell boy (?). The female receptionist also helpful and polite towards me. The lobby is clean and spacious, I feel comfortable waiting there. The bed and bathroom also nice and comfortable. Great location, near malls and shopping centers.

Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm
