⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Kempinski in a Deluxe room on 17–18 August with our kids. The room was spacious enough for the three of us without needing an extra bed, and still felt very comfortable. The kids loved the cozy atmosphere, and everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and made the stay feel effortless, always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety and suited both adults and kids. The location is super convenient, and overall the stay was smooth, relaxing, and family-friendly. We’d happily come back again!

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Indonesia Arena for a concert and it really was super close and walkable!
Arrived later at night and the staff were all super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay and were all very lovely. The check-in and checkout process was super smooth, I really have no complaints.
The room itself is really great. The beds were comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave.
Breakfast spread is varied and delicious as well.
Very lovely and nice place to stay. 10/10

The room was clean and cozy, with Netflix-ready TV, good AC, and hot water, perfect for unwinding after a day in Central Jakarta. The location’s great too, just a short ride to GBK or Senayan area, making it easy if you’re attending events nearby. Great experience to stay at BW Express, didn’t feel like an express hotel which commonly only provide small room and average food. Surprisingly BW Espress’ room is spacious and super clean! The lobby, corridor, everything is just neat and clean, just love it. Hotel’s location is very strategic as well. Unfortunately only 1 elevator in operation, seems the other was under maintenance.
BW Express would definitely become my first option to stay at central Jakarta next time, keep up the good work 💕
