The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere.

It's a pleasure to stayed in Ibis Trans Bandung. Clean room, comfortable, got a smoking room but it's still clean and comfortable. Good services from all of the staff.

Staying for a family short escape/staycation. Me, my wife, and our 3 children were really happy. They got plenty of activities, a kid warm pool, playground, and mini zoo. Breakfast had many options and various menus suitable for kids. Will come back for sure.

The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

I had a good experience to stay with this hotel, the room was clean and comfy. The breakfast had so many options, the family room was with an affordable price, all the staff were so nice, the check-in and check-out process were super easy, the service and amenities made the stay so enjoyable.

The facilities are nice, foods are delicious, many great spots to take some photos, staffs are nice and helpful. Will stay there again on my next visitation.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the luxurious and large bedding, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with good quality toiletries. The hotel’s location was perfect – close to supermarket and restaurants. One of the highlights was the excellent check in staff, Rahman, and the restaurant staff, Afrizal. Beside that, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was the concierge’s helpful suggestions for things to do or the housekeeping staff’s attention to detail, it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority.

This hotel provided sufficient amenities and is located just across Bandung train station. Staffs were helpful and friendly as well. Would recommend this for colleagues seeking an accommodation near train station area.
