Good for business trip or staycation or if you want to shopping without experiencing a traffic jam. The room is clean, well arranged, great amenities, and comfortable. My 3-day, 2-night stay here was incredibly comfortable. The room smelled good, was clean, and spacious, and the air conditioning was super cool. I was really satisfied with my stay. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. There's a gym and a great kids' corner. I really liked it because I brought my 1.5-year-old baby here and she was so entertained.

The service was very satisfying. Initially, I was confused about how to book a room using the app, but then Mr. Hafid helped me through the booking process and check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, with complete amenities, especially the free laundry room for guests staying at Ashley. It's also perfect for long-term guests who don't have to worry about dirty clothes. The location is also very strategic.

The atmosphere was classic yet well-maintained, making for a more restful rest after a long day of activities. The hotel facilities are also complete—a swimming pool, a restaurant with a varied menu, and an elegant lobby area. The breakfast was one of my favorites. There was a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Indonesian to international. The service was prompt and warm. Overall, my stay at the Grand Sahid Jaya made me feel well-treated. Very pleasant stays in the heart of Jakarta! I got the 8th floor with city view, such a beautiful landscape from the window. Facilities were great. Decent breakfast located in J. Co Reserve with proper choices of a la carte menu. Staff were very warm and helpful. Room was pretty spacious and very clean, with complete amenities supplies. Will come back again for the next stay. I don't regret choosing this hotel. All the staff are very nice and friendly, from the security guards and receptionists to the housekeeping staff.
The room's interior is beautiful and comfortable. It's clean and fragrant. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the toilets are clean.
The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Plasa Indonesia, Green Indonesia, Thamrin City, Tanah Abang, Sarina, Bundaran HI, the MRT, and the train station.

All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind, and the service was second to none. If you're on holiday with your family, Hotel Kempinski is the best. The food is delicious, the hotel facilities are complete, and there's a playground for the kids to keep them entertained and enjoy the hotel facilities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The place is comfortable. At the start of the new year, I had a staycation at Hotel Kempinski Jakarta. The view was stunning, the location was strategic, and my children and siblings were all happy. Thank you Hotel Kempinski.
