The service was very satisfying. Initially, I was confused about how to book a room using the app, but then Mr. Hafid helped me through the booking process and check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, with complete amenities, especially the free laundry room for guests staying at Ashley. It's also perfect for long-term guests who don't have to worry about dirty clothes. The location is also very strategic.

The atmosphere was classic yet well-maintained, making for a more restful rest after a long day of activities. The hotel facilities are also complete—a swimming pool, a restaurant with a varied menu, and an elegant lobby area. The breakfast was one of my favorites. There was a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Indonesian to international. The service was prompt and warm. Overall, my stay at the Grand Sahid Jaya made me feel well-treated. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely return again in the future.

Very pleasant stays in the heart of Jakarta! I got the 8th floor with city view, such a beautiful landscape from the window. Facilities were great. Decent breakfast located in J. Co Reserve with proper choices of a la carte menu. Staff were very warm and helpful. Room was pretty spacious and very clean, with complete amenities supplies. Will come back again for the next stay. I don't regret choosing this hotel. All the staff are very nice and friendly, from the security guards and receptionists to the housekeeping staff.
The room's interior is beautiful and comfortable. It's clean and fragrant. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the toilets are clean.
The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Plasa Indonesia, Green Indonesia, Thamrin City, Tanah Abang, Sarina, Bundaran HI, the MRT, and the train station.
Next time I'm in Jakarta, I'll definitely stay here again ☺️👍
