Room not too spacious but the bed really comfy. Room very clean, bathroom also clean, all function well.

The staff was friendly and helpful

room 0709, non-smoking room smelt like smoke & vape. tried to rest for 20 minutes, but left coughing. bed dirty. carpet stained all over with either blood or wine, not sure. room 0715, changed room, same floor, same view of rusting abandoned buildings. same smell & dirt, another destroyed carpet. booked another hotel down the road, but came back for breakfast, really bad selection of plain food. checked out & will never return. staff were friendly, but couldn't do anything.

Stay here during my daughter’s ballet performance at ciputra world mall. Staffs were great, access to hotel were easy.

Location close to city center. Everything went well, only the wifi was not so fast.

One of the best luxurious hotels in Surabaya, easy access from the highway. Definitely will stay here again.

For stay a some day is good enough. This place is strategis.

I would like to say thank you, room was clean, hot water, and AC works. The most important is the honesty of the crew, I forgot my wallet and they even sent people to chase me, just to return the wallet, none missing. For the price I highly recommend.
