I booked a standard room with a check-in request of 12:00 PM and check-out at 8:00 AM on the app. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the friendly and smiling staff were ready to accommodate my request, even giving me a free room upgrade, getting room 219. The room was spacious (probably around 20 to 24 m2), clean and fragrant, with cool AC, complete amenities including a water heater for coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped with clean towels, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes. The room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the sound of the pool in the middle made it even cooler and more comfortable. There was ample parking and the staff were also prompt. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything even on foot. Excellent service and a recommended hotel in the center of Malang.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean and tidy—from the front area, hallways, and even the rooms themselves, everything was immaculately maintained. I stayed in a Deluxe room, and it was quite well-equipped. There was a mini-fridge, plus complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made me feel at home. Another bonus was that if you stay on a Saturday night, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks from 6 PM to 8 PM. It was perfect for a relaxing snack before retiring. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the toilet smelled good and was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay. Best for families: this hotel is kid-friendly. Children can swim for free in the waterpark, and there's also a mini playground for the little ones. So not only will the parents be happy, but the kids will be too. Overall, Batu Wonderland is highly recommended, especially for families with children. It's comfortable, clean, has complete facilities, and there's also entertainment for the kids. It's worth it!

Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
