The location is very strategic, close to Bandung Station, in front of the hotel there are rows of food shops, next to a souvenir shop. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful with the check-in/out process, helping carry luggage to the room, and helping cross the very busy road. The hotel is very neat, clean, and fragrant. I often stay in Bandung because my child lives in a dormitory in the Bandung area. This was my first time staying here and I was very satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, fragrant, well-lit, and comfortable. I asked for it to be cleaned on the first day of my stay, and the room service replaced the bed cover and sheets. 🙂 There is a cafe downstairs with delicious and aesthetic food and drinks. The car park is very adequate. Highly recommended to stay here. Next time I will stay here again 😍

10/10 very satisfying, initial intention was to only stay 1 day then move to another hotel. But in reality, we added 1 more day, and we chose to stay at this hotel. And mashaAllah, the employees and staff are all very smiling. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.
