A fun hotel for parents, especially children. The staff and service are all very good and friendly. The hotel is very complete (mini zoo, children's rides, shows) so I don't think there's any need to go anywhere else because everything is available at this hotel, my family and I have stayed here 4 times, the food is delicious, the place is comfortable & clean👍👍. Next time will always come back to the Royal Safari Garden Hotel.

My family and I booked this hotel at the last minute, as we were too tired to return to Jakarta. Since we had not made adequate preparations for our stay, I requested several items (sarung, mukena, and sajadah) from the housekeeping staff, and I am grateful that they were able to provide everything promptly. The Bali World Hotel is an older establishment, but it remains well-maintained and comfortable. Its proximity to my children's school was the primary reason we selected this accommodation. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Highly recommended💯 Year-end vacation with a large family is the right choice to stay at Grand Mercure, very satisfied. Got a room upgrade with a balcony and connecting room. Request setup room because of a special moment and it was free, got a slice of cake, mirror art and towel decor on the bed😍 Very good service, fast and friendly staff response, quite complete facilities, delicious and varied food. We chose this hotel because it is located inside the Paskal 23 mall. The hotel service was excellent since our family arrived at the basement parking of the Paskal 23 mall. The hotel staff helped us unload our luggage and provided free valet service so we didn't have to look for parking inside the mall. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious and varied, the room was comfortable, clean, quite spacious with good room amenities. The hotel facilities themselves were complete and clean. The check-in and check-out process was fast and served friendly by the hotel receptionist. Satisfied and highly recommended 👍.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. One particularly memorable experience was a female guest at breakfast who appeared to be older than me and from a rural area. The hotel staff graciously offered her a choice of breakfast items, making her feel comfortable. Kudos to this hotel for its hospitality.

My first stay at Harris Sumarecon was very pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, the view was of the swimming pool, the main road, there was a lake, it was very beautiful in the morning, especially at night, there was access to Sumarecon mall, parking was easy in front of the lobby, it was really pleasant, I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.

I stayed here for just one night on March 27 with my extended family for a little staycation. We booked five rooms in total. Everything went really well and the experience was genuinely satisfying from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall service made our stay feel easy and enjoyable. I really enjoyed my stay at Moxy Bandung! The lobby is probably the coldest I've ever experienced—which was refreshing. The hotel clearly caters to younger guests, with fun and trendy touches like a photobox, aesthetic mirror perfect for mirror selfies, a billiard table, and more. They're also generous with drinking water—two bottles in the room and a dispenser in the hallway. I really appreciated the availability of an iron on every floor (as far as I know), so I didn't have to make a special request. Overall, Moxy Bandung has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit the city. Highly recommended!

Stayed in Sheraton for my mom's birthday getaway. With the help of Miss Sasha, check-in was smooth and they accommodated our request for a connecting room. The room itself was spacious, cold (which [is] really nice), and with enough amenities. Because we came on weekdays and still on [the] fasting month, the pool [was] quite empty, so we had a blast. We tried the gym too (access with room card) and they had essential gym equipment. Breakfast was marvelous! So many food varieties and all the staff [were] attentive while we ate breakfast. Over all we had [an] excellent stay[ed] at Sheraton Bandung. Thank you so much to all the staff for the hospitality. Hope we can stay again.

This hotel is the best, with a myriad of facilities like a mini zoo, game room, etc., which is perfect for children. The food is very varied, from Indonesian, Western, Middle Eastern, and Japanese, they have it all. This is a one-stop hotel, I don't think even if you just stay at the hotel, the kids won't get bored. If I go to Bandung again, I will probably come here again.

HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Bekasi

I’ve stayed at HARRIS Hotel Bekasi several times, and it’s always my go-to whenever I’m in Bekasi. The location is a major highlight — very accessible and surrounded by everything you need. It’s right next to a mall and a market, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The room is quite spacious, which adds to the comfort of the stay. There’s also a piano in the lobby — it wasn’t playable before, but now it is, which is a great decision as it can be a unique selling point. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice in Bekasi that I keep coming back to.
