Overall, the IBIS Hotel offers an excellent experience in every aspect, including location, cleanliness, and service quality. The front desk staff were especially professional, friendly, and helpful during both check-in and check-out. I stayed 4 nights at the Intergate during my business trip, and I was so impressed with completed amenities as well as thoughtful services they provided to the guests. They provided snacks and tea time in certain hours, coffee specialty, and even a simple dinner (rice bowl with soup) for who are craving at night. This hotel is also very clean, has a good location just next to MTR station, provides iron and the desk (very useful for business traveller), helpful staff, and a convenient store on the 1st floor. Highly recommended for families and business traveller.

I love the hospitality of the staff. The staff is very nice. Please pass my thank you to the man who was on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, night shift. He helped my husband with the key, and also when I wanted to go to Kamakura and it was raining, he insisted on offering me an umbrella and a towel. So great hospitality. The location is also great, 15 min walk to Tokyo station, and the next building has Lawson, 711, and Family Mart. Also, Yoshinoya is there, so I can have breakfast there. The room is very spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Would definitely come back again!

The Gate Hotel by Hulic in Ginza is a very good hotel. It is a beautiful modern new hotel with a great view of Ginza area. The location also very strategic as it is located next to Tokyu Plaza Ginza, a great place to find variety of food, starting from basement level (for more casual food) up to upper level (for more upscale restaurants) and also a high end shopping malls. I was staying in their triple rooms which is a very big & comfortable room. The bed size were also bigger than most hotel in Tokyo I believed. The Hotel staff have a very good English, they also help me out to send my big luggages to Osaka, right in their Reception Lobby as my family and I were taking Shinkansen from Tokyo. Definitely The Gate Hotel would by my preferred hotel if I stay in Tokyo again

This was the last hotel we stayed in during our trip to Tokyo this time, where it is located in the bustling and highly popular shopping district Ginza and walking distance from Higashi-Ginza station. The hotel itself is very modern using keypads for the room door (instead of cards so we did not have to bring these cards everywhere). But we booked the standard room which turned out to be small and inconvenient for us with two mid-sized luggage. The lobby is very modern and they also provided free pillows that were useful for us since the ones in the room were too stiff. The bathroom was good enough and the hotel has its own natural hot spring on the 2nd and 3rd floor (separated for men and women), which would be a nice experience if you are willing to try. Last but not least, for us to return to Narita airport was very easy as we could go to entrance A1 of the station where we could straight to the airport without having to transfer.

Very good location. Minutes from the train station and probably a 20-minute walk to Tokyo Station. The room size is good for 4 pax with 3 big luggages. Various convenience stores nearby and a comforting udon store (fast food style and open late enough) just next to the apartment.

A great place to stay in Tokyo! The location was excellent—very close to the Ginza area and easily accessible from Haneda Airport. There was a station just a short walk away, making it convenient to get around the city. Several convenience stores were also nearby, which was super handy. The room and bathroom were spacious enough, and every room had a massage chair, which was a nice touch. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it offered great value for money with the amenities provided.
