My stay was wonderful at the hotel with the central location, easy to access all malls around it, especially the Osaka Central station. We had a good stay even though room standard in Japan is small for a family with kid. So far so good. We will be back again!

The hotel has many facilities in the same buildings, such as a mini market, public bath, and laundry room. The staff are nice and helpful. This hotel has a clothes compression machine that saves quite a good space in luggage.

Excellent service. Wife lost necklace at an earlier stay at the other hotel Vischio Kyoto. Their staff reached back to our earlier hotel and found the necklace. Also, after hotel check out in the morning, they were able to help keep our cheesecake refrigerated till we returned later in the evening to collect luggage.

Rooms are large and clean, with shuttle bus service from hotel to Osaka station, Dan from Osaka Station to hotel and there is shuttle bus also to Universal Studio, outstanding. The hotel location is near Kitahana station. Dotonburi area can be reached by walking for 15 minutes with 1 train ride. The atmosphere around the hotel is relatively quiet and calm. Around the hotel there are MOS burger and Starbucks which are open until 10 pm. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. They always greet us with a smile, even though we come home late at night after walking around. The hotel room is enough for the three of us with 2 large suitcases and 1 small suitcase. This is in accordance with the need that the room is only for sleeping. Bathroom with bath tube, very clean.
