Great location and a huge hotel with a lot of guests. The Staff seemed very overwhelmed. We had to change the room because there was a convention going on right next door and it took them over 30 minutes to changed the room. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend it.If you are looking for a cosy friendly hotel. This might not be it.

El Cuarto fue muy limpio y ambiente muy fresco; todo funciona; la comida y desayuno son deliciosos; nutritivos, calientes y fríos excelentes. La Administración fue muy amable en todo momento. El hotel es bellísimo ; de un gusto exquisito; tienen música ambiental cuando comes tus alimentos; hay tiendas; restaurantes; casas de cambio; renta de taxis o Uber; las personas que te atienden cuando llegas y toman tu equipaje son muy amables ; desde que llegas; la Seguridad te dice Bienvenidos. Felicito al Señor Isaías nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje con cuidado; amabilidad y nos ayudó informándonos como poder ir a lugares turísticos; me prestaron un cable de recarga para mi iPhone en mi cuarto pues lo olvidé sin ningún costo. Las Señoritas y Jóvenes de la Recepción fueron extremadamente amables; educados y cordiales. También hay un bar que lo amenizan con música en vivo; piano; violín y tocan bellísimo; las Damas que tocaron los 4 días que estuvimos tocan bellísimo: muchas felicitaciones. Los Desayunos fueron exquisitos y las Comidas y happy hour estuvieron todos los días deliciosos; frescos; impecablemente limpio y Nunca bajaron la calidad del servicio. Felicito a los cocineros y chefs porque cocinan delicioso. Me hospedé en el Nivel 12 Premium. El desayuno excelente, los cuartos limpios, todos los empleados muy amables excepto por un mesero que trabajó el el restaurante japonés el martes 7 de abril 2026 , turno de la noche, que por cierto ahí me enfermé El hotel no cuenta con acondicionador para el pelo, la alberca muy chica y tiene demasiado cloro , y el aire acondicionado nunca bajó de 22 grados y fueron a arreglarlo dos veces, en otras palabras yo no volvería a este hotel especialmente con tantas opciones.

The hotel is very good, breakfast can be found on both lower level and 12th floor and it’s amazing, there is so many choice with eggs and smoothies and other things. But beware if you pay premium for the room and get number 1430s you will end up in a room with almost no view and pretty much dark. We immediately asked for a change but only could get it after 2days cause they were full, so we got friendly with the pigeons visiting the window.

This was a terrific experience for my first time in Mexico City. Hotel is pretty much centrally located to many points of interest. Breakfast was great. Premium level rooms definitely worth it. Staff was very helpful and attentive.
