I really like the location of this hotel, near to many buses and to historic places within walking distance. The rooms were clean, the gym was nice, the pool was nice but rather small.

Service was phenomenal throughout. From Teresa at check in to Jose Luis at the Fontana Restaurant, we were always greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The staff at the Premium Level lounge was always welcoming and timely with any requests. There were lots of must see places within walking distance (Palacio de Bellas Artes, El Zocalo, Angel de la Independencia).
We will definitely stay here on our next visit!

This hotel is beautiful, clean, friendly. I would recommend staying here. My husband had a wonderful time. The pool was great, Restaurant was exceptional, the couples spa was relaxing and professional. Somehow they knew my birthday and sent a surprise cake to our room. Very thoughtful.

Truly enjoyed my stay at Barceló hotel.
The staff was supper helpful and friendly. My suite was very roomy and comfy, the bathroom was my favorite part. I will definitely be coming back!
