The level of service ( front desk, gym, housekeeping) is not consistent. Sometimes, you experience the best in reforma. And next you encounter the rudest front desk and the gym employees that are chatting so busy themselves and they don’t even look at the customers while answering the questions.

cocky and arrogant reception. Felt terrible cause of one receptionist who is called Leo. He is rude. He ignored all my simple requests. will never come back cause of him.

안전한 레포르마 지역에 있는 호텔. 호텔 위치나 방 청결성, 침구, 조식 등에 만족합니다. 가까운 곳에 대형 쇼핑몰도 있어 편리합니다. 다만 레포르마 지역이 오후 시간에는 차량 정체가 심해서 조금 불편한 점은 있습니다.

Casi todo bien solo que tuvimos que esperar el Check in, las almohadas no me gustaron, el colchón si me gustó. Uno de sus restaurantes, el japonés muuuy tardado y mal servicio de los meseros. Los botones muy amables. Excelente ubicación.

Everything was great, the only thing I would comment on the hotel making better was including conditioner in the shower. They only offer shower gel and shampoo. Upon check in I asked about the pool schedule and was told it was open from 6am-10pm but was not told Sunday it closed early at 8pm, we found out after trying to go and finding it closed. Otherwise, its is clean, quiet and the location is great.

Have stayed here three times and the staff never disappoint.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained and very clean, and the restaurants were enjoyable. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. On our first night, my daughter wasn’t feeling well and unfortunately got sick in the bed. We had to request help to change the sheets, and the staff responded quickly and kindly. We really appreciated how understanding and helpful they were during that situation. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Location…location…location. This property is in great area. Easy access to shops, entertainment and short drives to landmarks such as Zocalo, the Basilica, Castillo de Chapultepec and others.

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, though it is old. The dining facilities and Premium amenities were enjoyable, but also old. Other Barcelo properties offer much better amenities, such as L'Occitane branded toiletries in the premium rooms. This property only offers that brand in the Premium Lounge Bathroom, which I would consider inaccessible. The breakfast at the LL restaurant is a much better value than dining in the breakfast lounge. The superior rooms are more than basic. The Junior Suite was much more enjoyable; however, no additional amenities. The bed and pillows are more than comfortable. You'll enjoy the pool and spa. They don't offer you towels, robes, slippers, or even a locker key. You MUST ask for all of them. The complimentary toiletries in the spa are low-quality and smell bad. I regretted using them. I would NOT likely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice, clean rooms, very nice staff food is great. We will stay there again if we return back to Mexico City
