The hospitality was great. Easy access to the tower of the revolution and the restaurant on the 1st floor was also good. The mattress was old and made my body aching. Also the noise from the corridor and the next door was loud.

チェックイン時にプレミアムレベル(クラブラウンジ利用付)で案内していただけました。 但し、渡されたラウンジのキーは毎日書き換えが必要な状態で毎度受付まで足を運ぶ必要があり、いちいち説明するのにウンザリした。 一度は貴方は対象ではないとまで拒否された。

Todo es excelente, es mi segunda vez que vamos a este excelente hotel. La comida deliciosa y todos son muy amables.

Nos trataron mal ese hotel solo tratan bien a la gente de dinero no nos dejaban entrar a los restaurantes que tiene el hotel y todavía cuando llegue me cobraron mas de 3mil si no eres millonario no les recomiendo el hotel por los mal tratos

My stay at Barceló Mexico Reforma was a mixed experience. While there were several aspects of the hotel that I genuinely enjoyed, my overall stay was overshadowed by repeated communication failures between management and the restaurant staff. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and of a high standard. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection, which offered plenty of choice and good-quality food. In addition, the room service was excellent, with both the quality of the meals and the service meeting my expectations. Unfortunately, every single morning at breakfast I had to explain to a different waiter that my breakfast was covered under an open tab. It became frustrating and exhausting to have the same conversation day after day. This issue should have been easily avoided. It is not difficult for the catering team to hold a brief daily meeting to review which guests have breakfast tabs or special arrangements in place, ensuring all waiting staff are aware before service begins. Although a manager apologised for the inconvenience, I was disappointed that I later had to remind him about the complimentary amenities I had been promised because of the original issue. These were eventually provided, and I appreciated that they honoured the commitment. However, the fact that I had to raise the matter again only highlighted the ongoing communication problems between management and the restaurant. Overall, I don't dislike Barceló Mexico Reforma, but I have stayed in better hot

Si está muy bien, solo que me choca que nunca respetan la categoría que compró

Excelente atención por parte del personal, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, nosotros viajamos con nuestra bebé y nos proporcionaron una cuna durante nuestra estancia, el desayuno bufet muy variado y completo, sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme con ustedes, el único detalle que tuvimos en nuestra visita; fue que solo funcionaban 2 elevadores y eso hacía más tardado para bajar o subir.

As a VIP guest, I was supposed to receive early check-in, but I arrived around 10:00 a.m. and my room wasn't available until exactly 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, there was no recognition of the VIP benefit. The hotel also doesn't have the most comfortable or inviting lobby, which made the wait even less enjoyable. The biggest issue throughout our stay was the elevators. On the first day, none of the four guest elevators were working, so everyone had to use the single service elevator alongside hotel staff. It was constantly overcrowded and resulted in long waits. On the second day, only one guest elevator was operating, and for the remainder of our stay only two were working. The VIP lounge on the 12th floor was also under construction. It smelled dusty and humid, which made the experience far from relaxing. Another disappointment was the designated smoking area in the lobby. Although it's separated by glass doors, they are constantly opening and closing, allowing cigarette smoke to spread throughout the lobby. The entire area often smelled more like a nightclub than a hotel. Housekeeping was inconsistent as well. Our room was occupied by four people, yet they repeatedly left only three towels. Overall, the room didn't feel particularly clean, and the hotel itself feels dated and in need of renovation. Overall, this stay was disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a VIP guest. I won't be staying here again, and unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel.
