Flamingo Cancun - All Inclusive

Room was in good condition but plumbing leak was present and it took a while to get fixed.

Check in was very easy. Friendly staff

Clean rooms, amazing staff

Room spotless and spacious and minibar restocked daily with water, beer and fizzy. Tv mostly Spanish but did have one English movie channel, it is a smart tv so Netflix etc accessible but Wi-Fi not great but it does work although keeps dropping out. I was initially in a standard room but all standard are road side and noisy so I upgraded for a small fee to an ocean view room which was perfect. All inclusive buffet was ok, never hot though only ever warm. All staff were always super friendly and accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole hotel and grounds were very clean and staff always busy cleaning including the beach areas. Overall I would recommend this hotel

The hotel was great. The reviews were not good when we booked so we did not know what to except but once we arrived we were very surprised as to why the hotel had bad reviews. The place was very friendly to all guests. I will definitely be coming back.

We loved everything about this place! They even have a Starbucks in the resort.

This place was great! There was about 20 family members staying here for our vacation & we all loved it! Very accommodating to all of us. The staff was so friendly. The place was constantly being cleaned. The buffet had various options & the other 2 restaurants were very good! WiFi works best in lobby & the restaurants. We will definitely be going back!

Room and property was clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The WiFi is not good in the rooms but good in public areas on the property. They keep the restaurants on the cold side so bring a sweater. Besides that it was a relaxing stay. We will be back!

Our vacation was outstanding again this year ! The staff went above and beyond making our vacation memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great. I will be bringing my whole family for vacation next January

Would be a 5 star but the lack of seating and wait staff is a draw back. Fix this and youll earn 5 stars imo

Super friendly staff, good food

My family and I recently stayed at the Flamingo all inclusive hotel in Cancun. We were a family of 8 adults and we rented four rooms. One of the rooms needed to be changed because the air conditioning was not working. We also had issues in my deluxe ocean front room (clogged sink, clogged shower drain, curtain to the balcony did not close all the way and after maintenance came to repair it, it did not open at all and some of the room doors did not close all the way and this is a security issue which really needs to be addressed.) The hotels wifi was not very good at all. In the hotels defense, they did change two of the rooms and upgraded them, but even with the upgraded rooms there was still a lot of deferred maintenance needed and that cannot be a coincidence. When you pay for ocean views and ocean front rooms, you expect the quality of the rooms to be at a certain standard which was not the case. I would've preferred to pay more money and get a better hotel with a quality stay. The location of the hotel and the beach was great. There were a few employees like Lizardo the concierge who helped us with our issues, Edgar at the front desk and Yocowchi the food server was great and very attentive. These few employees helped to make a big difference. Sorry to say, but I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. I would really like to see the hotel be operated better and be taken better care of. Best wishes, JC

The staff were good, found they may have neen short staffed. Location is great. Beach was beautiful. Not alot of adult entertainment, a quieter resort not alot of activities if that is what people are looking for. Quiteter

This is not a 3 stars resort and is not a good place for kids/family as there is no entertainment for kids beside the pools.

Staff were great! Hotel was old and needs updating. Saw a cockroach the size of a small mouse in the bathroom below the pool

1) no room service 2) no house keeping, 3 day's before our room was cleaned 3) phone doesn't work, no clock in room 4) no wifi 5) restaurant foods were cold, everyday 6)mini bar not stocked 7) towels ragged

This was our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we were a bit unsure of what to expect, but Flamingo Cancun completely won us over! We traveled with our 3-year-old son for a 3-night stay, and we are already planning to come back. The Room: We had an ocean-facing room, and the view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the blue waters and the beach every day was a highlight. Amenities: The pool setup is fantastic for families. There are four different pools, including a dedicated kiddie pool which we used a lot. There is also a beautiful expansive pool that curves through the property and one right by the beach. speaking of the beach, having it right in front of the hotel made everything so easy. Food & Staff: We mostly stuck to the buffet, and the food was excellent. There was plenty of variety, but we especially enjoyed the delicious local Mexican dishes. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. If you are looking for a worry-free family vacation with great views and service, I highly recommend Flamingo Cancun!
