Beautiful view for just an ocean view room!

Staff was great Eddie, Alejandro, Ana, super... Perla at the massage was awesome;all staff are good,,Food need to be more varied ; also the construction noise in the morning is disturbing it should start after 11 or 12noon when you are on vacation you want to rest after going to bed late. Thanks again for your service.

O hotel correspondeu a minha expectativa, muito limpo, organizado, uma boa variedade de alimentos e bebidas, pé na areia com praia privativa e bangalô a disposição. Toda noite eventos, show, jantares temáticos. O hotel é todo perfumado e climatizado.Super recomendo, custo benefício muito bom.

El hotel tiene un precio económico y las habitaciones están bien por el costo. Sin embargo, sentí que gran parte del personal trabajaba desmotivado y con poca energía, aunque sí hubo algunas excepciones con buena actitud como Rosario y Enrique. La clientela en general dejaba mucho que desear: muchos huéspedes con malos modales. La comida fue uno de los puntos más débiles; algunos platillos estaban aceptables, pero si buscas opciones saludables o frescas prácticamente no hay. El gimnasio es muy básico: solo cuenta con mancuernas y una caminadora, lo cual limita bastante para quienes desean mantener una rutina más completa. En resumen, es un hotel económico y cumple con lo mínimo, pero tiene varios aspectos que podrían mejorar para ofrecer una mejor experiencia

The hotel is small and very customer-oriented. Very clean and cozy. The staff is very polite and friendly. I would like more choice in food, but what they cook is very tasty.

This was my first all-inclusive resort experience, and aside from the food and drinks, I was disappointed. Three front desk staff were very kind, but other interactions made us feel like a nuisance. Most other staff — housekeeping, maintenance, buffet attendants, lifeguards, and door attendants — were helpful, though a few were dismissive. We booked a 2-bed room but were given a 1-bed room. The hotel fixed it, but left us feeling like our request was unreasonable and that they were doing us a favor. Our first room had no hot water at the sink, fluctuating shower temperatures, no Wi-Fi or cell signal, and was freezing. After the AC started leaking, we were moved to another room, which also had issues: heavy balcony furniture stacked in the corner, a stiff sliding door, shower temperature problems with random shut-offs and low water pressure, a toilet that wouldn’t flush without a bucket of water, the sink knob fell off, and a bathroom door handle that fell off and wasn’t fixed for 3 days after several report until we got housekeeping involved. While some staff were courteous and helpful, the overall experience was marred by maintenance problems and inconsistent service. The combination left us feeling undervalued, frustrated, and uncomfortable asking for help.

First- money went missing which was in the safe. We left for the day and upon returning, money was missing from the safe. Turns out the safe was not functioning properly. I put in a random code and it opened. Great!!! Food is good if you like and enjoy Mexican cuisine. The buffet is Mexican food so if you don’t like this, you won’t be happy with the buffet food options. The Italian restaurant is good. The pizza and snack bar also good. Drinks were odd depending which bar they were made. I found the bar by the pizza place to be the best for drinks. Great ocean view like any other resort. There are far more palm trees than I have seen at other resorts which was nice. Many cabanas on the beach. Never had a day without one. Staff are very friendly. Some staff better than others in the buffet restaurant but that’s not unusual as compared to other places. Room was clean. Had to ask for coffee as there wasn’t any left and it didn’t get restocked. Location is great, walking distance to la isla shopping if that’s your scene- it’s not mine. I much prefer the old la isla before it became what it is now. Easy to take the city bus out to other areas and to downtown Cancun.

Great amenities. The room was only cleaned once. I asked maid to come back , it was just past 8am . She didnt return. Although I hung the sign for service. Swim up bar seemed to wait locals ( spanish sneaking) quicker than my english speaking group. We tipped anyway. US$

Excelente experiencia en el hotel recibí un upgrade de habitación con salida directa a la alberca y vista a la playa. Las instalaciones son hermosas, pero lo que realmente hizo que mi estancia fuera especial fue el increíble trato del personal en especial el barman del bar palenque. Su amabilidad y atención hicieron que me sintiera completamente a gusto. Sin duda, un servicio excepcional que marcó la diferencia.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the swim out suit. Didn’t like that the pool bars closed at 6

Great beds , and hot water , cold air , wonderful beach , the buffets selection wasnt great , but i had 3 egg omlette and cereal for breakfast , went to the little sit down resturant for lunch and it was wonderful , for dinner chicken potatoes and salad were always good

Everything was perfect! The service was amazing, the place was super clean, and the staff was really friendly. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

We enjoyed staying here. The hotel is clean. They are always cleaning. Staffs are nice. We just had wifi connection problem in our room. Over all it was good.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It is NOT A RESORT! STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY! FOOD DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY!!! FLIES WERE ALL OVER THE FOOD! FLIES WERE SEALED INSIDE OF THE WRAPPING WHEN I RECEIVED MY “PIZZA”! I woke up to my room walls covered with ants! Broken doorknobs, Broken Shower heads. No shower pressure! I could not even shower! The entire place stinks of mold! I can go on and on…! If you do not speak Spanish, the staff does not like you!!!
