The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result. I even asked the front desk, but the jacket was simply gone. Although it wasn't worth much, I'm truly disappointed with this kind of service.

Management is poor, There was also fresh menstrual blood on the mattress. And lots of cockroaches. I Have taken pictures and archived them. All in all, dirty and dishonest.

Este hotel no debe denominarse como "all inclusive" más bien es "whatever we want to include" Habitación: no limpian toda la habitación diariamente solo por partes el lavabo duro dos días sucio, el frasco de jabón para manos quebrado se reportó desde el primer día y lo entregaron al siguiente dia en la noche. Un día después de la limpieza no dejaron papel de baño, tapete piso baño, toallas para manos se tuvo que volver a llamar a recepción. Resumideros tapados casi se sale el agua del baño se tuvo que hablar a mantenimiento. Restaurant: en el bufet no están preparados para la cantidad de gente que hospedan las comidas se suponen que tiene cierto periodo de tiempo y cuando vas y pides algo simplemente te dicen "Ya no hay" y no vuelven a surtir. Servicio: pésimo servicio por casi todos los empleados, los meseros no te hacen caso, tienen mala cara, no dejan utilizar los termos para que te sirvan tu bebida, debes utilizar los vasos de plástico reutilizables del hotel que en lo particular se me hacen antihigiénicos. Alberca: súper fría no tiene climatización. Camas de playa: insuficientes para la gente que hospedan si no sales a las 7:00am a escoger una ya mas tarde no encuentras nada.

The hotel was clean, beautiful and the service was excellent! The food was good and the pizza restaurant was fabulous! The beach area is breathtaking! Very nice hotel with a small intimate feel. My only suggestions would be to add loungers to the beach area. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

The staff was very efficient & friendly. We had a leak from the ceiling in our bathroom, twice. Maintenance staff came out promptly. Thanks for everything

Loved staying here, will definitely come back and visit them. Beach access is awesome, I think we spent a lot of time in ocean and beachside due to this. My only concern was the lack of wifi strength in rooms and around the property, but besides that no reason for anything to complain. They also have their own parking area behind a gate, so that was reassuring knowing the rental car will be safe. Staff is excellent, everyone saying Hola with a smile. Cant go wrong with this place, highly recommend

Ceiling was leaking in the room. The water ran out during showers. Ran out of towels one of the days bar closed early. Dining options were limited.

Hotel is decent. The two missing points for me to rate it excellent are: there were towels missing almost every day after room cleaning, needed to ask and wait to have them; coffee is available either only in the resto, not the best quality, or to buy for extra cost at Starbucks, no coffee at the bars. I don’t like Starbucks and need my coffee through the day so I’m not coming back for this reason. The rest was good.

El personal era amable, la habitación cumplía con lo mínimo; tuvimos un detalle con la luz y este se tardó en solucionarse.

Rooms were spotless, the staff was great, super friendly and always helpful to our needs. The grounds were spectacular, well kept and always had staff improving and maintaining the beautiful image of the resort. the food was fantastic, a great variety to chose from, and the beach front was spectacular.

Good was basically the same every day. No entertainment and the kids club was always closed

Once we arrived, Entire crew were great hardworking & gave us a great service.

Mr. Carlos very polite and staff à la carta the bartender Peter very professional and always smiling, polite I give him 10+ y overall all employees are very nice. Love the hotel everyday is clean. I will definitely coming back, thanks.

Dining room staff is very unorganized and lazy, no coffee service, lady just standing there as if she’s guarding the coffee table instead of serving. Plus the room was way too cold, saw way too many people wearing their winter coats while eating. Coming to a warm climate country we want warmth and nor a freezing air conditioning blowing on us. The other thing was the senty smell when coming into the lobby, way too strong, some people actually had their noses covered with there shirts while walking through it. Only good thing was the cleaning lady’s that cleaned our room did a great job. AND NO WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Os funcionários são muito educados, inclusive fui muito bem recebido no check in. Quarto é excelente. Agora uma crítica severa e que condicionou a minha avaliação é o wifi, ele so funciona na recepção, hoje em dia um resort não pode ficar sem wifi excelente, eu já fiquei em alguns hoteis em Cancun, tem hotel que pega o wifi até na praia, e para mim isso é fundamental, eu estava no quarto precisando resolver algumas coisas de trabalho e od meu voo que foi alterado e não conseguia.

Clean room, very friendly service and good food. Lawn chairs on the beach would be beneficial.

the WIFI is terrible. Basically non existence. Btw you only get 3G in the rooms here.

We were skeptical about staying at this hotel based off the reviews. But we were pleasant surprised. Amazing staff, very clean property, great food, wonderful ocean view. 4/5 stars simply for the fact that there was no wifi in our room which meant that we couldn’t even use the TV when we wanted to relax at night. Also, we had an AC leak in our bathroom that dripped all day and night. Also, our room phone didn’t work. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!
