Absolutely amazing time. Rooms are fresh and clean. The hotel is close to everything with San Pedro market being the closest. Staff was extraordinary. Much love to Kiki and Veronica!!! We will stay here again on our next trip to Cusco.

Increíble, de los mejores hoteles que me he hospedado, el personal del hotel es súper amable, súper cordial y atentos. Me quedé encantado, la comida, el hotel en general está súper limpio, excelente. Las habitaciones, increíble, limpio, espacioso, 10 veces más de lo que esperaba, adicional a eso, el check in de bienvenida INCREÍBLE. Si van a Cusco por favor quédense en Unión Cusco Hotel.

Room was clean. Staff were super friendly and available for all our needs. Check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Truly an amazing place to stay in Cusco. From the people to Kiki the rescue alpaca if you are going to stay anywhere no place is even comes close at this price point.

Staff clearly demonstrated that they valued us as customers. They also provided assistance above and beyond when we encountered problems with trip to Machu Pichu.

Kiki the resident alpaca is so cute I really enjoyed the room. I payed extra for the room to be “ready” but there was no shampoo and the shower was backed up that the water pooled which was not great. It did not meet my expectations unfortunately It did have a blow dryer which was great Otherwise their activities of the day are free of charge for the guests- highly recommend

This hotel far exceeded our expectations for our stay. We loved how there were events going on to be immersed into Peruvian culture. We loved the attention to detail, Kiki the alpaca, and all the goodies they gave us. I would highly recommend Union at your next stay. Wish we were there longer!

We loved this hotel so much! The whole atmosphere is so enchanting and the staff are wonderful. It is next to a main road so bring some ear plugs but otherwise it's an incredibly delightful place to stay and we recommend it all the way!

The hotel has everything you need for an incredible and comfortable stay, and the food service was excellent. You will feel at home. Highly recommended ! I love it!

The clearest thing I can say about the staff at this hotel is that they have it down. I arrived early, they handled the paperwork, grabbed my bags and sent me on my way with a promise to notify me if my room was available early. I returned to find my baggage in my room and a well thought out welcome gift waiting for me. Not just your usual candy but useful items we often forget, nail clippers, a comb, eye shades, toothbrush. The room is spacious and well laid out, the separate sitting area provides a nice change from fighting with my husband over who gets the single chair! There were even a couple of books available to make things homey I went into the courtyard to find an adorable little alpaca named Kiki who was roaming about looking for pets. Pretty awesome! I found out they had actually cooking and bartending class available. I learned to Make cerveche from the talented and forgiving chef, Frank, who only winced a little at my knive work. Juan translated for all of us and kept things flowing as the host . Shakira gave us a lesson in bartending by having us make a piso sour. She added a perfect touch with real flowers to decorate the drinks. Did I mention that there was no charge for these activities? On my final day, while chatting with the staff during breakfast that this trip was to celebrate our 40th anniversary they offered us mimosas. Later they brought up a nicely decorated "happy aniversary plate to our room.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The value for the price was excellent. We loved the live music on the porch in the evenings and the pisco sour making class. Breakfast was very good as well, and it was easy to walk around Cusco to the Plaza de Armas and other museums, restaurants, etc. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and organizing a taxi when we left.

Everything was great

The room was super clean! The staff was very attentive. It was my birthday and they gave us chocolate strawberries, it’s not much to someone but it was the thought that counts. They also gave us some delicious chocolate brownies! The best part of the hotel the baby alpaca Kiki! She was so cute adorable and seeing how attentive they are with her care.

Stayed two nights. When we arrived, there was no running water in the room, but shortly thereafter the problem was fixed. But on the morning of checking out, just as we were heading out to do the challenging inca trail, the hotel had no water. Not just hot water - NO WATER at all. Couldn't shower, brush teeth, wash hands, or even use the bathroom before leaving the hotel. Staff pretended to try to identify the problem, but an hour later, as we were leaving, there still was no water at all. Also, the staff came in the evening to prepare the room for the night, and left the door wide open - when we arrived, the door was just open to anyone who could have chosen to come into the room and take our stuff. Luckily, nothing was stolen. And throughout the stay, the wi-fi was poor at best, and mostly unavailable. Would NEVER return to this hotel.

The staff was amazing and the activities they offer are awesome they even had a one site alpaca named Kiki!
