It was definitely our most wonderful experience in Peru. The free airport pick up service, friendly staff, live music show, clean and spacial room(they upgraded our room for free! What surprises me the most was the hot water bag hidden in our quilt. How thoughtful is that! 100/100 recommend especially considering the cheap price!! Would def come back next time.

Staff are very friendly. The zipper of my baggage is broken, and the staff in the front desk found scissor and tapes to wrap it. The hotel offers free airport pickup service.

酒店本身的硬件和軟件令人滿意，但可能是位處舊區關係，區域性水電網絡老舊，我在入住的3晚裏，1晚某時段整區停電，另1晚則某時段停水，雖然最後不久便恢復供電供水，但等待期間，總是不安。這些不足之處，絕非酒店本身可以處理。另外，網頁中的房間照片與現實略有差異，尤以房間面積大小，照片容易令人誤解。由於是歷史性的舊區，位置自然相方便，絕大部份市內景點可步行前往。附近生活機能充足，有洗衣店（一提酒店對面那家洗衣店老闆，當衣物洗淨後，會送至酒店來）和超市，可解決基本旅遊所需。

Staff at check in was rude and there were no towels in the room when we arrived, they didn’t make up the room everyday, WiFi is terrible no connection most of the time, breakfast buffet was diverse but ran out of food quickly so every time we go there’s no food and took them forever to bring a small plate of something for the buffet which runs out quickly so it was almost like people fighting over food, electric plugs are loose in the rooms and u have to hold it to use anything that needs electricity, very loud and people were sitting outside our door smoking and talking loud until late, the night staff at the desk was annoyed every time we asked her about something, but day staff were very nice and helpful and location is a short walk from historic city center. Resident llama Kiki is very cute. Nice courtyard where they have music in evenings. Overall a run-down hotel, with a lot of inconveniences (although not cheap in general), seems not very well managed and the staff are left to deal with all the issues on their own so they’re frustrated and not very friendly at first

Absolutely amazing time. Rooms are fresh and clean. The hotel is close to everything with San Pedro market being the closest. Staff was extraordinary. Much love to Kiki and Veronica!!! We will stay here again on our next trip to Cusco.

Increíble, de los mejores hoteles que me he hospedado, el personal del hotel es súper amable, súper cordial y atentos. Me quedé encantado, la comida, el hotel en general está súper limpio, excelente. Las habitaciones, increíble, limpio, espacioso, 10 veces más de lo que esperaba, adicional a eso, el check in de bienvenida INCREÍBLE. Si van a Cusco por favor quédense en Unión Cusco Hotel.

Room was clean. Staff were super friendly and available for all our needs. Check-in/check-out was smooth. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Truly an amazing place to stay in Cusco. From the people to Kiki the rescue alpaca if you are going to stay anywhere no place is even comes close at this price point.

Staff clearly demonstrated that they valued us as customers. They also provided assistance above and beyond when we encountered problems with trip to Machu Pichu.

Petit déjeuner vraiment bon. Ils viennent vous chercher en transport privée de l'aéroport sans frais. Endroit vraiment joli et personnel cordial.

Kiki the resident alpaca is so cute I really enjoyed the room. I payed extra for the room to be “ready” but there was no shampoo and the shower was backed up that the water pooled which was not great. It did not meet my expectations unfortunately It did have a blow dryer which was great Otherwise their activities of the day are free of charge for the guests- highly recommend

This hotel far exceeded our expectations for our stay. We loved how there were events going on to be immersed into Peruvian culture. We loved the attention to detail, Kiki the alpaca, and all the goodies they gave us. I would highly recommend Union at your next stay. Wish we were there longer!

We loved this hotel so much! The whole atmosphere is so enchanting and the staff are wonderful. It is next to a main road so bring some ear plugs but otherwise it's an incredibly delightful place to stay and we recommend it all the way!
