We had a pleasant stay at V Bencoolen, even though the room is small, it’s clean and well maintained. All staff, the concierge, reception, and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Perfect location next to MRT, food court, and convenience store.

For a small hotel, it had all we needed. I have a family of five and the room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that we were close to everything and only 2 to 3 minutes by Grab to Ion shopping. I would gladly stay again.

It was a pleasure to stay here. I am on a business trip. The location is strategic to Vivo City Mall, MRT, bus stop, and just 10 minutes to my office. Will be back again soon.

Great loft hotel with plenty of space to store our things, provided you can make the trip up and down the stairs. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Main shopping centers all around you and close to many of the main attraction points. Staff were wonderful and helpful, really enjoyed my stay.

The best hotel. Perfect! There is a bidet in the toilet. Clean. Comfortable. The room is quite large. The toilet is very comfortable. The price is still okay for 5-star facilities. Near Chinatown. Good location. Right by great restaurants and easy access to Marina Bay but also the fort and the river. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Would book again.

I really like this place because the location is strategic and it is incredibly close to everything in Orchard. The room is standard, but it is very comfy because it is clean and all the amenities inside work perfectly, such as the cold AC and the fact that there is no damage whatsoever. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious!! 😋 Even though there are not many options, the food quality is excellent. What I love the most, however, is the laundry service. We do not have to go out looking for a laundry place and wait around because laundry facilities are provided right here. You just need to exchange your money for coins, and you can conveniently wait in your room. Lastly, the staff members are very humble and informative, especially the one who assisted with our initial check-in, as they were incredibly kind.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely return if we ever visit again. The location is strategic, easily accessible by public transportation.
