The location is close to the MRT and there are plenty of food stalls nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My friend left her phone in an online taxi, and Mr. Masri helped her contact the app's call center until the taxi driver returned to the hotel to return it.

The hotel service was very satisfying. We were upgraded to a family room (triple room) and received a very helpful extended checkout. Furthermore, the hotel staff, Mr. Ariff, was very friendly, prompt, and responsive during check-in, and the room's view of the Singapore Flyer/Marina Bay was simply stunning. Though Carlton Hotel is not a new hotel in town, apparently they just had their rooms renovated and it is very clean, a/c very cold which is good, and no unpleasant odor. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a recommended hotel to stay in, value for money. Will surely come back again to stay at Carlton on our next trip to Singapore.

Nice location, 1-minute walk to MRT station, and you can also even walk to some popular places such as Fort Canning Park and the National Museum. The area is quiet and within walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. I don't think we can have anything better than this hotel. Next time, I'll definitely return to this place since the room ambience is quite good for me.

All good overall since it’s close to the MRT and bus station. The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out, and they also allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could still explore the area. The housekeeping staff regularly cleaned the shared bathrooms as well. This was my second time staying here, and it didn’t disappoint.

I booked 2 rooms for our family trip. First, our rooms were separated, so I'm asking the receptionist, Mr. Lee, for help arranging our rooms next door. He is very nice and gave us the best rooms side by side. It was a nice experience, the food is good, and the hot water is good as well. Thank you.

It's a good place to stay for a solo traveler. Nearby the Bugis MRT station. Clean and spacious bathroom. Locker/storage with a numpad-secured lock. Air circulation is maintained very well. No bad odor in the entire building. The pod itself is spacious. There is enough space next to the bed that can fit an opened 20-inch luggage.
