I ordered a family room for my short holiday in Singapore. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very strategic location, very near Bugis MRT, H Lane & Kampong Glam, also a 7/11. The staff were very nice and helpful. Her name was Shri. She is very good. We will surely come back again on our next holiday trip. Thank you Village Hotel Bugis.

We had a pleasant stay at V Bencoolen, even though the room is small, it’s clean and well maintained. All staff, the concierge, reception, and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Perfect location next to MRT, food court, and convenience store.

What's certain is that the location is very close to the Rochor MRT. The hotel is quite spacious, clean, has good hot water, and there's a drinking fountain so you can refill your water. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

This is a hotel I always book when I go to Singapore. It has a bidet, mini-fridge, rain shower, separate faucet, and a powerful shower head. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Singapore on 5 March. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were very professional and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk.
