All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind, and the service was second to none. If you're on holiday with your family, Hotel Kempinski is the best. The food is delicious, the hotel facilities are complete, and there's a playground for the kids to keep them entertained and enjoy the hotel facilities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The place is comfortable. At the start of the new year, I had a staycation at Hotel Kempinski Jakarta. The view was stunning, the location was strategic, and my children and siblings were all happy. Thank you Hotel Kempinski.

Near everywhere, easy transport. My room is clean, but a little small. Comfortable for rest. OK service. Friendly staff. Really recommended for those from Lampung who want to shop around in Jakarta.
