Apartment in Bukit Jalil

I had a wonderful vacation here. Zalina at the reception was incredibly attentive and helpful. I traveled with my two children, one of whom is autistic, and she thoughtfully arranged a room that better suited our needs. She even remembered my call the day before, where I had asked if it would be possible to have breakfast served in our room instead of at the café. That level of care truly meant a lot. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Both of my kids really enjoyed the stay, and I was able to have some much-needed rest and peace of mind. This was my first time bringing my kids on a vacation alone, and it turned out to be a truly great experience.

A very clean, practical hotel. Starbucks is right at ground floor. Price is value for money. Location very good and convenient right beside Pavillion Mall. The rooms are spacious and has a sofa bed which actually is very comfortable and relaxing. Service is friendly and very professional. Will definitely come back to stay in Hyatt Place for my next visit to KL

The manager, Mr. Shah Alam, is a delightful chap. A true gentleman. He is intelligent, versatile, and extremely helpful. Despite our cultural differences, we have become good friends.
