The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Royce Hotel KL. The location is fantastic—super convenient and close to everything we needed, which made exploring the city so easy. The furniture was modern and comfortable, and everything from the TV to the little details in the apartment worked perfectly. It truly felt like a home away from home. A very clean, practical hotel. Starbucks is right at ground floor. Price is value for money. Location very good and convenient right beside Pavillion Mall. The rooms are spacious and has a sofa bed which actually is very comfortable and relaxing. Service is friendly and very professional. Will definitely come back to stay in Hyatt Place for my next visit to KL
