I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Malaysia. The room was very spacious, fully equipped with all the amenities. It left a lasting impression.

There were five of us, two adults and three children. The room was very spacious, with a bedroom with a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and a sofa bed. There was a washing machine so we could do laundry, a microwave, and a stovetop. The amenities were complete. Highly recommend staying here.

It was a pleasure. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and their response was very quick. Pavilion Mall and the culinary delights on Jalan Alor are just a short walk away. I'll be staying here next time I go to KL.

The room is extremely comfortable and spacious, walking distance to KLCC. The rooftop is beautiful; you can see the Twin Towers with a very clear view. Certainly going to come back if I visit KL again.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at The Robertson Kuala Lumpur. It's close to Pudu Station, Jalan Alor, and Petaling Street, all within walking distance. The unit I booked also came with a variety of cooking and laundry equipment, making it easy to spend time with my family. If I ever return to Kuala Lumpur, I'll definitely stay here again. 👍

The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

Good experience staying in this homestay. The location is near to TRX and Bukit Bintang. The unit is very clean. Check-in and check-out have very clear instructions. Will come back again to stay here if I am in KL.

Very recommended—location is very strategic just a few steps behind Sephora Bukit Bintang. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Host is very helpful and kind. They are connected to Sleeping Lion building and there is a smoking area nearby or on the top floor. Perfect stay and definitely will come back again!

Totally 5 star service. We arrived in the middle of the night and the team arranged late self check in for us free of charge. The instructions as to how to check in were comprehensive and easy to follow—even a little video showing it all! The room was beautifully clean and super comfortable. Amazing hot shower, comfy bed and pillows. Lovely staff including the security staff. Gorgeous pool and gym, and right across the road from Gleneagles Hospital. I would happily stay here again.
