The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. One that won my heart is it comes with a washing machine and dryer, also irons. It is also equipped with smart TV so you can set it to your streaming movie provider like YouTube, Netflix, Prime, etc. The rates are also very affordable considering all the provided amenities. A convenience store, ATM, and several restaurants are just across the street. Highly recommended.
