Great hotel which is situated amongst many shops, cafes, restaurants and the like. The room itself was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice. Thank you.

I had a frustrating stay due to both facility issues and poor customer service regarding billing. Constant Noise: The elevator constantly emits a low-frequency hum that vibrates through the walls. It is highly noticeable and likely affects most of the rooms nearby, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unhelpful Billing Service: Even though I paid directly at the hotel, the front desk initially insisted that I had to request my receipt from Hotels.com. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to issue one, but refused to include my company name and address on it, claiming they "couldn't do it" because the booking was made through Hotels.com. This is completely unacceptable and highly inconvenient for business travelers who need to claim expenses.

Walls are paper thing - can hear easily the ppl talking next door!

We had a wonderful stay in March for a couple of nights and looking forward to a one night stay in June when we get back from our cruise. The staff were accomodating and allowed us to check in earlier and the prices are very affordable with cosy and comfortable rooms. Will definitely keep booking the Ibis as it’s in the heart of the city and everything is in walking distance. The breakfast is very nice also and good value.

Good to have a microwave in room. Could have plates etc. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The reception staff were very helpful in showing the tourist spots. The breakfast was quite okay but some extra vegetarian options would be an added advantage.

After previously staying here less than a fortnight the service had Improved and the room was a lot bigger even though we had twin singles. Bathroom was clean and tidy, no leaks from shower head going everywhere, reception was very friendly and accommodating and managed an early check in!

If your looking for central location this is it, but our room had a faulty main light and the waterfall shower head went every where. Mentioned to reception but didn’t get a warm reply. Breakfast was so so, wouldn’t risk paying for it unless the night you book for is incl (personal opinion).

Close to transit, would stay there again.
