I have stayed at a number of hotels in Sydney whilst visiting family, and this is definitely one of the best in terms of comfort, cleanliness, value and location. It has everything you need, and the staff are really helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Room was in good condition; staff were friendly Dining area disappointing, needs a makeover. Hot food was cold as lids were left open ... cold and unhygienic. The few plants in the dining room are not looked after and were dying (no point having them). I actually felt like I was eating in a hostel.

Blocked shower drain and air-conditioning unit just hanging in there. This building really needs revonation. It's a great location and the staff were helpful trying to fix the air-conditioning.

Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Overall happy with the hotel room but the air conditioning was not great. With the hot weather, it seemed like the air conditioning was struggling.

Overall was happy with the stay. Clean and spacious room. Pre ordered breakfast and went just after they opened at 6.30am, unfortunately not all food was available at the time and the look of some of the food wasn’t ideal. Would probably avoid breakfast here.

It is not the hotel’s fault, but the room was very noisy from the early evening until after 3 am due to loud music from a bar in an adjacent building. The amenities were not too bad, but after staying at multiple hotels of various levels over several weeks of travel, this was the only hotel that didn’t provide hand towels.

First impression - unappealing street frontage and check in area. Purchased superior king room and room given had an interconnecting door and we clearly heard next door conversation so requested and were given another acceptable room. Would not recommend this hotel unless to budget travellers. Check in did not advise of breakfast deal for guests that was shown in lift wall.

You couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the rooms or the facilities and staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was a bit disjointed with lack of staff on duty at the weekend and so there was a lack of choice in areas such as bread and muffins and suchlike and the hot food was Luke warm to say the least but all very edible in a pleasant room and good value for money. I was surprised at how quiet the place felt on a Saturday night…very happy.
