This hotel is close to Central Station or Museum station. Walking is not to far from shopping distric and George St where you can catch tram to circular quay. Lots of options for dining as lots of restaurant nearby. Chinatown only one block away. Love the location and walkable to shops. Recomended for prople who wants to stay just for few days and explore Sydney CBD.

Staff where excellent, big breakfast at a good price, close to cafes, shops and public transport.

Everything was good, nice room, facilities and location.
But we could not sleep properly all night, there was a load exhaust noise (even with air off). So we both had a very interrupted(almost no sleep).
Also the shut out blind was broken, so we could not close this. Meant lots of light came in from sunrise.

Friendly staff and nice clean room. Bit loud with bar music next door but it seems to shut down by 12. Plenty of convenience as short walk to Pitt St mall and World Square over the road is very good.

The air conditioning is set to automatic and cannot be changed from its preset temperature: this is irritating. Although “quiet” some rooms will be better than others. Those facing the road are reasonably quiet but far from silent due to traffic noise.

Friendly check-in staff, nice food options for 24/7 dining menu and nice and close and central to so many transport options including Chinatown stop on L line, Museum station, bus stops up on Elizabeth Street and walking distance to Pitt Street Mall and many other locations in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Would stay again for a short trip to Sydney for business or pleasure for sure.

Breakfast was poor. Cold, limited selection, crowded room
We only ate there once.
Room was too hot, but reception was able to reset the temperature, however the air conditioner, stayed on all night, and was noisy and disturbed our sleep, both nights.
Staff at reception were very helpful.
