Staff were great, room was good. I’m staying again in May.

Clean, safe place

Listing is deceiving. Pictures make this place look much nicer than reality. There is no airport shuttle even tho it says there is one (that’s why I booked it). Location was a little sketchy, but was close enough to nicer area (within 2 blocks). We only wanted breakfast one day, but they made us pay for both mornings we were there and both of us in the room had to pay. Lots of sirens the first night. Shower door didn’t close, so entire floor of bathroom got wet when we showered. Other than that, room was adequate, clean and hotel was centrally located and reasonably priced. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This is my third time staying here in six month, reception staff always very helpful and friendly, room was clean, location is the best.

Liked: Staff was helpful and the room was very clean. Liked the fact that the air conditioner can be turned off and adjusted. Need improvement: The breakfast buffet was alright, not much options.The gym facility was lacking. No free weights ( dumbbells) , which should be basic for a gym. The aircondition makes a loud wave like sound when on. Not too much of a problem at night as it can be turned off.

The location was very handy, within easy walking distance of Central and Museum stations and to China Town and Darling Harbour. Room was spotless. The buffet breakfast was ample, but would have liked more cereal options.

Great location, very friendly staff, beds comfortable rooms clean if a bit on the small size. Only issue a leaking shower so bath mat soaked every time. Some nice touches with drinks at mini bar downstairs, snacks and sandwiches and a push button for taxis

The stay was satisfactory until the garbage collection come at 4am and the garbage person was yelling, then there were loud revving of the garbage truck that lasted for 20min was really disturbing. We were in a room ending in ‘5’. Remote controls need new batteries and the AC was stuck on 16°c.

A bit dusty in some parts of the room. For some strange reasons the toilet does not have lid on it.
