Great location, very friendly staff, beds comfortable rooms clean if a bit on the small size. Only issue a leaking shower so bath mat soaked every time. Some nice touches with drinks at mini bar downstairs, snacks and sandwiches and a push button for taxis

The stay was satisfactory until the garbage collection come at 4am and the garbage person was yelling, then there were loud revving of the garbage truck that lasted for 20min was really disturbing. We were in a room ending in ‘5’. Remote controls need new batteries and the AC was stuck on 16°c.

Al siguiente dia que llegamos el ascender estuvo malo casi todo el dia y debíamos esperar hasta 40 minutes para poder usarlo, no podiamos usar las escapers ya Que en cada pudo para salir de de Ella’s las puertas Esteban cerradas sue do impossible salir, en las escalas no hay ninguna señal para poder llegar a la recepción . Si hubiera pasado alguna emergencia no se podía salir. El desayuno dice que es a las 6:30 am y no estaba listo a la hora, muy regular el servicio

Room was in good condition; staff were friendly Dining area disappointing, needs a makeover. Hot food was cold as lids were left open ... cold and unhygienic. The few plants in the dining room are not looked after and were dying (no point having them). I actually felt like I was eating in a hostel.

Blocked shower drain and air-conditioning unit just hanging in there. This building really needs revonation. It's a great location and the staff were helpful trying to fix the air-conditioning.
