It was so nice to arrive to a happy welcoming face. Then to go to my huge warm room with kitchenette and huge bathroom. The bed was super comfy with spare blankets in the cupboard. I could not have been happier! Thank you!!

Very disappointed with the hotel and service here. Would not stay again and would not recommend. The only positive is that the hotel is very close to the train station for ease of travel. Hotel quite run down. Towel rack in shower was covered in rust. Service was non existent. First room we were given the main light didnt work. We were moved rooms. We requested for our room to be made up and it was not. Tried calling housekeeping, then reception and the concierge and no one answered the phones. Went downstairs and informed reception the room wasnt made up and we requested new towels. Nothing was done to address this. Our rate inclided breakfast- we went to get breakfast day 1 and were told to take a seat and then staff left and no one came and told us about breakfast or how to order it or where it was. Very disappointing experience.

Staff were amazing and very friendly

Friendly staff member during check-in. Plenty of available parking. Broken tiles in bathroom - around the bathtub. Exposed wires in lamp (that was already plugged in & turned on before we had entered the room) that had a red warning label stating that it was dangerous and not to use it. Bathroom grout needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Bed was comfortable.

Easy walking distance to train, Westfield shops plus multitude of restaurants up Church st Parramatta. Easy car parking underneath with card access to your room floor. Restaurant on site but easy walk for a stretch of the legs to shops and restaurants

Room was old and dirty. House keeping woke us up at 8 to clean the room. Bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner next door was load

Friendly staff, a great stay overall.

The property reception was helpful. Few issues with the room were reported but nothing done. Rooms not cleaned well. There is dirt in the corners which appears to have never been cleaned. Hob nob broken. Wardrobe handle broken. Room quite shabby. The owners need to do a revamp of the rooms. Carpets are filthy. But property is in a great position and staff really nice. Not bad for price.

Hallway carpets are dirty and worn-out. I have requested a half hour late check out refused profoundly has no co consideration or little consideration for customer request. Will not stay again.

Would highly recommend & will definitely stay here again!! Communication with the hotel was excellent when trying to arrange parking, it is very close (250m) to Parramatta train station so made getting to Qudos arena very convenient and the room was above expectations. We stayed in the spa apartment and found it to be a very large room & bathroom which was excellent given how small Sydney hotel rooms normally are!! Bed was comfortable & road noise etc wasn’t too bad (although we were on level7) Overall excellent hotel experience

Close to everything, but daily service included in four night bookings would have meant five stars from us.

Old hotel with dated furnishings. Room was a bit dusty and bathroom felt like it was well over due a remodel.
