I had a wonderful stay this weekend. The Mantra Hotel at Parramatta, was very clean and well-maintained, with rooms that felt fresh and comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to all the main shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. What really stood out was the fantastic customer service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!

Great location to catch the XPT to Strathfield, quick change of train to arrive in Parramatta. Haven't been to Parramatta in 40 years. Great changes, great dining options in Parramatta Square. Great stay.

Great location, close to Parramatta train station and Westfield shopping centre. Friendly and helpful staff who let us check-in early and loaned us an umbrella on a very wet weekend. Although the building is not new, the room was clean and everything was in working order.

Room was noisy and rooms small .. beds NOT suitable for older people .. small single beds and every time I turned over thought mattress would end up on floor .. staff were very helpful.. bar food menu needs updating to something other than burgers and fried food

Unfortunately my shower was not working, the double charged me for my breakfast, they were understaffed and I had no fresh towels, cleans sheets and room wasn’t cleaned in 3 days. Have stayed here before many times but terrible experience this time around.

The room was old and dated. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work so the room was extremely hot and the shower didn’t work properly. Raised this with reception but nothing improved until after asking again was given a fan on the last night.

Never going there for the price we paid the fridge freezer had mould in it and it wasn't turn on as well I asked them to clean it but didn't come to clean it moving forward I will investigate with it

Location was convenient. Decor of rooms outdated and furniture from fantastic furniture. Lamps flickering, knobs on cooktop missing, tea/coffee provided but no milk, bathroom had a funny smell

The service from staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and presented nicely. The Wifi was fast, and the hotel is located in a place that is easy to get to and also easy to get to where you need to be. However, some aspects of the property need work. The hallway leading to the room had carpets that looked like hangovers from the 1980s. The bathroom was a bit old, with a shower curtain over a bath. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste.

The advertising photos are not representative of the actual rooms. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever experienced. Curtains didn’t close properly, pillows were awful. Bed sheets were dirty. Sink did not drain, so it kept overflowing. Service is terrible, you call reception and nobody picks up. Rooms are very dirty and dusty.

Older hotel badly in need of updates however room was very clean, bed comfortable, staff helpful and location great. I had issues with wi-fi throughout my stay but staff did try and help. Good value for money.
