만트라 파라마타

깔끔하고 매일 청소를 해주셔서 좋았어요~ 세면도구랑 수건등등도 매일 바꿔주시고, 드라이기도 구비되어있고! 아쉬운 부분은 저희가 시드니에 방문했을때는 조금 쌀쌀해서 방에 난방기능이 없는점? 그리고 시내랑 거기가 멀다는것 말고는 만족스러워요~ㅎㅎ

그런데로 괜찮게 묵었네요. 무엇보다 쇼핑몰이랑 많이가까워서 좋네요

사시르기대 안했었는데 너무 만족스랍게 편하게 이용했습니다! 프론트 직원 중에 굉장히 불친절하고 인상쓰며 일하는 여직원분들도 계셨지만 반대로 상당히 친절하신 직원분들도 계셨어요! 로비에서 아침마다 과일 물 마실 수 있어 좋았고, 수영장이나 다른 면에서 만족스러워 편하게 잘 지냈습니다^^ 아, 핸드폰은 잘 안터지더라구요 TT 오히려 그래서 맘 편히 잘 지냈어요ㅎㅎ

Stayed for 10 days for holiday. Good location to shopping center and train station. Comfort and clean room. Nice and kind reception. Willing to stay again next holiday

호텔 상태 너무 좋았구요 직원들도 친절하고 위치도 기차역 과 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다.

Our dinner was ruin, when the staff member was looking after his own race but did not serve us our drink, as we waited for the cool drink after walking in a 40 degrees hot day. But the indian doesn't have a clue of common sense or Australia way of life. They hired cheap people so the service will be cheap

Clean room, good location, close to train station and reasonably quiet.Nice breakfast in the restaurant.

The room was very unclean , old and neglected . There was rust and mould shadows in the shower and the carpets were unclean. No housekeeping and lack of staff across the entire hotel . We were waiting for breakfast and waited twenty minutes for a staff member to be in sight in the restaurant and reception desk . There were others waiting and ringing the phone numbers with no answer . Lifts were dirty , glass in lifts looked filfthy. The pool area was unclean and the pool was not clean either . Would never stay here again .

Excellent facilities

Have stayed at the Mantra Parramatta multiple times over the last few years. Its our first choice of place to stay when travelling to Sydney. Close to public transport, only a short train ride to Central station & the price is much better value than anywhere in the CBD. It's a place where every single staff member I've interacted with have been fantastically helpful & pleasant. Some rooms show some age but are clean, comfortable & have everything you need. This is the place I tell anyone who asks to stay at, we'll definitely be back!

Firstly i previously called to ask the height for the parking. Was told 2.5mtrs. Get there sign says 2.7mtrs. Our vehicle id 2.3 metres. Why then did we hit one of those heightswinging bars? Also the breakfast said fried eggs on the sign but it was scrambled eggs that were barely warm and the bacon was stone cold. Also it never stated in the advertisement that the shower was over the bath and that makes it hard for someone with limited mobility. The bed was quite hard and the pillows were worse. Definatly would not stay here again. 2.5mtrs.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean. Excellent position, close to Westfield and the Train station. we arrived we found that the aircon didnt work. It was a hot day so that was quite disappointing and i feel we should probably have received a discount. They did supply us with 2 fans though thankfully.

Everything was adequate but I felt staff could have been more friendly and room wasn’t serviced which would have been nice.

Close to Westfield and train station. However customer service was extremely poor, lucky to be acknowledged and could not even bring uber delivery up and just left sitting on chair for over an hour.

Room was fine.

Loved our stay. Needs little refreshment of the property. AC didn’t work in my son’s room I told the reception but nothing happened.
