Mantra Parramatta

已經是第三度入住了，整體的感覺都很舒適，有機會還是會再訪的

旅館附近有westfield大型商場及一般店家，生活機能良好。且旅館鄰近火車站，往雪梨市區的捷運班次多，約20分鐘即可抵達市中心，非常方便。住宿價格合理，沒有免費停車服務，是唯一缺點。另外，旅館被其他附近大樓擋住視線，開車時要注意尋找旅館位置，以免找不到。

Wifi要收費 停車也要收費 電梯根本不用感應卡就可以到每個樓層 太危險了 照片跟實際的樣子差太多了

洒店整體都好好，不過酒店職員態度一般，早上的職員比較nice, 晚上的職員就差一點。我住入住過兩次，一次在1月1號至3號，一次在1月7號至8號。等一次入住房間冷氣不夠冷，好熱，第二次，冷氣好好，但hair dryer 就開了2分鐘，過熱停了，要等10分鐘才可以再開。

酒店設備齊全，工作人員友善及樂於隨時提供服務，房間舒適自在，有露台可以吸收陽光及晒乾衣物。

The hotel is a bit far away from city centre, yet it is good to have a large shopping mall (Westfield) nearby (around 10 min. walk)

服務：職員們經常笑面迎人，態度親切 房間：房間寬敞整潔；我們住的Twin Bedroom（兩張單人床），單人床比較小和窄 ，身型較高或寬的人會感覺較焗促 突發事件：在行程的最後一晚，我們發現廁所的水箱壞了，每次沖廁所，水就會從水箱裡的喉中噴出來。我們馬上通知Reception，他們很快就讓我們換到別的房間。感覺上設施比較兒戲，早上還好端端的，到了晚上怎麼就壞了？ 設施：設有Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna 和Steam和餐廳。未換房前，我們的房間是正對著Swimming pool （真的是打開窗就可以游泳），天氣冷的時候還好，如果天氣好有時7點就會聽到有人在出面游水，十分應聲⋯⋯ 餐廳價錢很合理，特別是Lunch

excellent location, close to bus and train stops, a big shopping mall nearby, many restaurants and food to choose, but needs to enhance cooking facilities like oven.

我们带着三岁半的儿子，酒店房间宽敞，干净，厨具齐全，没有洗碗机，有浴缸。客厅的沙发床很大，儿子很喜欢。酒店在中心位置，但是离超市较远。有停车位置，订房专门留意停车免费，退房时收银还是说要交停车费，我特别强调订房时的条件才没收费，和之前的评价说的一样！

I had a business travel there, and it's close to Westfield department store, where you can buy everything.

The hotel is near Paramatta station, very convenient and the room is clean.

洗手池出水口一圈非常脏，陈年污垢，小刷子就可以刷掉。空调通风口冲天上安装的，虽然我在顶层，依然很吵

Hotel is new and in good condition. The sole thing I am not happy with is the location, it takes about 40 mins from hotel to city centre by train

Booked a room 7 months in advance, was given a completely different room upon check-in, of lesser value. Wasn’t told this was going to be the case during check-in, was told the a staff member that nothing could be done as there were no rooms available. Towels and bath mat were stained and mold in the shower, was very disappointing.

WORST Experience ever. Air conditioning was not working and we couldn’t sleep for 2 nights. Hotel staff was not helpful. Phone from hotel room didn’t work either. Carpet flooring has water marks several places. This is worst than staying in 2 star motel. I would stay away from Mantra after this experience.

On your website it states the studio room has either two singles or a king when in actual fact they only do queens in the studios. Check-in was slow and after requesting a late check out and it being approved house keeping knocked on our door questioning us why we had not checked out had we had it approved and if we would be using the whole time. The room was dusty carpet not vacuumed properly lamp shades were bent in and not on straight the bed was a good 10 years of squeaking when we rolled over and the bathroom has lots of mould. The over appearance of the place was dated dinghy and not well up kept. Our level had a strong smell of curry coming from a room that went through the whole floor and our room. The price we paid was way to much and we won’t be back

The room was dirty with cobebs over the window. The bathroom was mouldy and the shower did not work (only the bath). The carpet in the hallways was filthy and hotel appeared old with paint chipping away everywhere. The hotel staff were nice, but gave misleading information as to how to get up to the rooms.
