Room clean. As usual in any hotel tv nearly impossible to work out ! Bathroom fabulous. But it's not 4 star by any stretch. Dont care for the balcony where ya' practically looking at ya' neighbour.

Great hotel with great water views. Breakfast was great. Room was nice. Only downside was they didn’t make up room in between nights.

The Novotel is very well situated. For a fairly new hotel I did find the room looked abit tired and the bathroom was not very clean, with hairs and grime.
There was also building maintenance outside our room as they are expanding the hotel. Definitely not great if you are planning a sleep in or want to go out on your balcony as you have a bunch of Trades all staring at you. This would have been good to know at the time of booking.
For the price and experience I would not stay here again.

We were told through the Expedia app we would get 10% off - no where to enter the code!
We were then quoted $30 per room for breakfast when we arrived and was charged $42 per head then had to argue that we were quoted $30 per room. They did drop it to $30 per head.
Because of reservations we then had to pay $50 for valet parking!! Became an expensive night!!!

Excellent room, great bay view with balcony. Staff were excellent and most helpful. There were negatives however for whilst I had selected ‘parking’ as a requirement (I am partially disabled) there is no on-site parking. Their parking is in a shopping centre for $30 a day or $50 valet. Internet was so slow, ‘Speedtest’ didn’t even work. Overall, good, but could be better and ‘offsite’ parking should be highlighted.
