The kindness of the person in charge of the reservation before staying was very impressive. The spacious room was very satisfying and the breakfast was great. The DJing in the lounge on Friday evening was attractive enough.

Great service and location with valet parking

Room was fine, staff lovely, location perfect. Building noise a nightmare. Cannot work or relax in room. Building will continue to 2027! LM should notify members when booking!

Beds were very uncomfortable. Great location

Excellent room, great bay view with balcony. Staff were excellent and most helpful. There were negatives however for whilst I had selected ‘parking’ as a requirement (I am partially disabled) there is no on-site parking. Their parking is in a shopping centre for $30 a day or $50 valet. Internet was so slow, ‘Speedtest’ didn’t even work. Overall, good, but could be better and ‘offsite’ parking should be highlighted.

Yes clean room a courteous stuff . However the room’s door doesn’t close properly unless you push it- it could be a safety issue if someone doesn’t keep an eye on it

The room was very dusty, the whole bathroom was quite dirty, hair on the shower glass, floor was mouldy. The quilt was dirty as well. The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working properly and place got very steamy quickly. Just a very unhygienic room.

No view, shower pressure was terrible, got given the wrong room. No pool or gym use

There was construction works happening during our stay. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. Instead it was not the case, there was constant drilling and even dust coming through the site in the lobby. The entrant to the leisure centre was under construction and poorly laid out. I feel it was wrong to get this quality of stay considering the amount we paid.

Good location, Room was good. But Cleaning service wasn't good

The room we stayed in had a collapsed mattress on one side,it was to late to advise the staff on our first night. When we did advise the staff the next day they changed us to a different room. Also, we rang reception and room service, waited for 15 mins on the phone. In the end we just went down to reception, only to be told they were very busy,thats why they didnt answer the phone

Room clean. As usual in any hotel tv nearly impossible to work out ! Bathroom fabulous. But it's not 4 star by any stretch. Dont care for the balcony where ya' practically looking at ya' neighbour.

Fantastic

This a great location. Easy walk to the water and the shops. Room was comfortable, with a good bed and shower. Unfortunately, the hotel has renovations happening. We were informed of this after booking. This meant that we were woken in the mornings with a jack hammer, that went on throughout the day, was not relaxing and saw us leaving our room early each day. We had a lovely balcony view, but unfortunately did not enjoy this during the day, due to the jack hammer. Noah in reception was very helpful.
