Fantastic location in the heart of Melbourne. However, Novotel is dropping the ball with the product they are providing vs the cost they are charging. Only after paying non refundable tarrif are you informed of construction going on with pool closure. Also construction starting early outside rooms and only limited lift service. Room also not up to scratch for cost. Room is very dated (wich is ok) but is dirty and staff couldn't care less when informed. Would be fine if cleaned.

Buffet breakfast was the highlight Room was spacious and clean however one of the bedside lamp was missing and i couldn't adjust the temperature in the room which and the room was overheated at night
