Can fault staff where amazing. All i can say is room was ment to have two double beds and parking was not booked on arrival to stay. Door latch broke when leaving with was hard to exit room on check out but was reported with reception. 😁😁 My partner and kids enjoyed the resort

Front staff who worked VIP desk gave us the wrong room key when we opened it people were in there (had to cover my kids eyes) & then we called down to reception was rudely told to just come back to reception and swap keys. Terrible start. Good thing my kids enjoyed water park.

Overall satisfactory, outdated resort, nothing is included and you have to book parking separately in advanced (this wasnt clear when booking the room) so we had to find public parking elsewhere as it was full. Tje toiket cistern was running when we got to our room but called the reception who had it fixed. However the kids liked the indoor play space in the entry and the waterpark area. One night was enough.

Paid the extra money to stay at a resort that only to find out the main water park is broken after we arrived and a refund was not possible. Had to pay an additional fee to park my vehicle and was kept up until late due to kids running through the halls banging on doors.

Rooms extremely outdated, and in dire need of renovating. Our bathroom taps were broken and the toilet cistern was constantly running. There’s no aircon in the hallways and the kids bedroom had no aircon either. The food is really expensive and low quality. The train wasn’t running and the experience just wasn’t what was advertised. Our son loved the pool areas and the playground but not worth paying so much to play and swim when we could do that elsewhere. Glad we’ve done it, but wouldn’t return.

The range of experiences for the children (waterparks, playground, daily activities etc.) was fantastic. The change rooms and bathrooms downstairs (LG level) were quite old but also not very clean. At one point every toilet in the women's bathroom was blocked/soiled so we chose not to use them and went upstairs. This was the only downside to our stay.
