We stayed one day at a deluxe room. The room was not small and clean. The resort was smaller than I thought. The family with children below 15 would be good.

My two boys loved the pool area and the spa. Lots of activities for kids to enjoy. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I wish there were more food options but there are lots of dining areas nearby.

The staff was friendly and welcoming however kids were runing up and down the corridor late at night, tv was blasting from our neighbours room till after 11pm, and the pool was definitely not clean. The cleaners who made our room did a sloppy job.

The waterpark was great and the recently renovated room nice.That's about where it stops. Everything was so far overpriced it was ridiculous. We've stayed at the Hilton with cheaper (and higher quality f&b) prices. No room charge allowed for anything, which is super frustrating that they don't tell you this on check in. Not too many different dining options. We paid extra for breakfast buffet that should not be called a buffet! You can't even serve yourself like a regular buffet. Very limited options, but many many extras if you're willing to pay exorbitant prices.

It was the best holiday we have ever had! Staff were amazing and our room was clean and lovely.

Great place to stay with little human. Still can go out to nearby entertainment if they get bored.

This is our second time at PR. We loved it again! There’s just so much to do for the kids which makes it relaxing for the adults. We only left the resort one time as everything we needed was on site. A fantastic stay and will be back!

Awesome place for a holiday with the kids!

Very tired “resort”. Construction happening but we were in a very dated area. Room had obvious mould and dirt, very un-sound proof and really wasn’t enjoyable. Restaurant pricing was crazy for the buffet, especially with coeliac kids who can’t eat most of the food. Really not worth it.

We understand it’s a kids and family friendly place although both nights we stayed we didn’t get sleep as families and children were running the halls screaming until midnight or later. So very exhausting

Good was good but a little expensive but rooms and beds were amazing…. Beautiful resort all round

Out door area and pools and water park where awesome . Everything for the kids were great . Penguins restaurant food was pretty good , but the other ones need some work . Also the rooms where very outdated and need skit of work especially the bathroom where you can see signs of mould . Had a great stay , place just needs some updating .
