The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible.

Great location. First room I got was a bit run down had to change to Dusty area from green as its newer and clean.

We had a great stay. The property was a little worn in places but it was kept very clean. We found the food ordering a bit confusing at first but it was smooth sailing once we got the hang of it. Our son adored all of the play options and took full advantage of them all.

Fantastic range of activities for kids- very friendly and helpful staff.

Don't stay here if you don't have or don't love kids! Plenty of fun options for little and big kids alike. Loved the video games room! Impressive entertainment like an evenjng juggling and magic show. High quality food and coffee served in the cafe, at competitive prices compared to nearby establishments.

Had a great time with the kids over the long weekend

Easy check in. Lots of kids activities. Staff were very friendly. The hotel inside was really run down thou. The balcony flooded from the air con being on and no ventilation in the bathroom. Lots of patched up areas too. Everything else was good and it’s close to lots of shops and restaurants.

Excellent hotel for families. We had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or catch the tram to surfers paradise. The rooms were great, a little worn, but comfortable and the aircon works great. You spend hardly any time in your room anyway. I would recommend spending as much time at the hotel as you can as the kids will get a lot out of the facilities, the activities and the opportunity to make friends.

This hotel is a good place to stay for the kids with all the activities and facilities for them to use. We stayed for 3 nights and it was fine, but by no means luxurious. The resort is in need of a major renovation, the age of it really shows. The rooms were basic, and clean. Food prices were quite high for what you got but could also just be what things cost now (e.g. $25 for a basic continental breakfast buffet with additional fees for hot food, could not take things from the buffet yourself, had to ask the staff behind the counter for each slice of bread - I get why they do it to prevent kids from touching all the food, but its also a bit annoying). Cocktails were around the $22 mark. While they have QR codes around the pool area to order, you have to get up to pick up food and drinks from the cafe (they send you a text message). All that said, the kids enjoyed themselves and thats who this resort caters to. However it's not particularly pram friendly without having to walk all around the place. I would say everything was okay, not bad but also not great.

Excellent resort. Kids absolutely loved it. Resort needs update. Rooms and halls are old. Bad smell in bathroom… Everything else was just awesome!

Great atmosphere and maybe a bigger spa lol... Overall, the kids and I enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others, that may need some travel ideas.

Kids loved it although the adults not so much. Dinner was disappointing in the sit down restaurant.

The rooms are very outdated & overpriced!

Ongoing renovations for adult area that seem to never be completed.
