This is an ideal family holiday for families with kids below 10 years or so. The facilities aren't luxury, nor are the rooms, but the fun and options for kids doesn’t end. The two waterparks are perfect to entertain the kids while parents enjoy a cold beverage and the family trivia and entertain is just what you need to end the day with a good laugh. So do yourself a favour and book your next holiday in family paradise.

The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments.
On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible.

The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments.

Overall the Resort Facilities were good, the room we had was very outdated, particularly the bathroom. Overpriced for what it was, also we were never told breakfast was included in our package which is disappointing.

Child drowned in pool but was luckily resuscitated by guest. No lifeguard, pool packed like sardines hard to supervise. Run down in Astro quarters view outside like 3rd world country. Couldn’t book skating as they double dip and let public book it.

The language coming from a child in the play area in reception was highly offensive but was not stopped, and check-in was not welcoming or on time. The view from our room was over a construction area, and the door to the adjoining room was open despite another family staying next to us.

Can not fault anything from our stay at Paradise Resort! The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. I also requested first aid treatment and was well taken care of. The rooms were clean, the food was amazing and all the facilities and activities were top tier! Highly recommend.
