This hotel is very nice, this is my 4th time staying there. The lake view is very beautiful and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is good.
The past 2 times I have stayed there there has been a conference but this time it was not crowded. Last time Resturant were busy.

Not as good as I expected. Room was old, air-condition not work well,you should take under 6.5 degree.House keeper took our room card...I won't come again.

The hotel is well kept. In its own grounds, which is nice if you want to get away from everything. But if you want easy access to the city, your only real option is taxi. I found the hotel staff a little abrupt and unhelpful, though I think that may result more from an English language nervousness than anything else.

There are minimum service you can get to American standard. I smell smoke when entered in non-smoking room, and found cigarette ashes on the holder by toilet. I have used this hotel for so many times, and getting tired of its poor service even I used the club service all the time. I am going to try another hotel in the area next time in upcoming October trip.

hotel position is great, on the lake surrounded with loots of trees and during the day and evening there is a wind all the time so it is not hot during summer

Nice huge hotel with modern comforts. The staff upgraded me to a suite which was huge! The staff was courteous and helpful in English. However, the hairdryer barely worked, aircon worked but never able to get the room right, either too cold or stuffy. The hotel is surrounded by a golf course and lake, its a 20 minute walk just to get to the gate of this property. Overall, good stay.

Room service was slow and the food delivered was not hot. It was very difficult to get some of the staff to understand our simple requests. I understand very well that we are in China, but Kempinski is an international hotel chain catering for international guests.
Restaurant food was not so good, Potatoes under cooked, lack of vegetables.
Pool and jacuzzi area was very good, although there was no dedicated pool for young children.
Room was good, clean and comfortable. Hotel setting is fantastic.

we ordered non smoking, lakeview, king size bed, we got a smoking, non-lakeview 2 double bed room.
funny is they said the room is non-smoking but there are ashtray and matches in the room
Overall, room is a little dated, if we cannot get the room type we paid for from Hotels.com, we should be upgraded instead of downgraded

号称出名的亲子酒店，可是亲子项目真很一般，室内的儿童乐园也不大，室外的儿童游玩项目也不多。酒店的其他方面还不错，就是位置比较偏，外出购物吃饭等不方便。
