Assembly Leicester Square

Truly above and beyond customer service. We showed up 4 hours early after not sleeping all night on our flight, just hoping to leave our bags, and Adam said since he had a room available he’d gladly just check us in. Room was great, location fantastic. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with kindness. No issues whatsoever! Highly recommend!

We would stay again as it suitted for what our needs where and for what we paid. But heres a few points below. Negative: Self check-in Charges for luggage holding Very small room No telly No kettle tea/coffee Bed small and not comfy at all Wifi in and out Positive: If the right price - Fab for a quick basic 1 or 2 night stay Blackout blinds Soundproof to other rooms but not outside noise LOCATION - Central to everything - 2mins to Trafalgar square, 7mins to big ben/the london eye (Fantastic for New Years Eve for Blue zone entrance 2), in Leicester square Theres loads of food/drinks places nearby Tube station 1min walk - Picadilly line (Navy blue) Our room view of the wheel - 8th floor M&M world. Odeon. Theaters (Magic Mike show) all a stone throw away.

No TV or in-room coffee/tea although the price was as high as others that do.

I wasn't told on arrival how the lights work. Air con was perfect. Bed was really comfortable.

Location was 10/10! Could not pick a more central location that is so close to the tube. Room was adequate for a solo person (I got the “cozy w/ extra space”). The hotel really is meant to be a place for just sleeping. There is no real lobby (there’s an employee/kiosk when you walk in), and the rooms don’t have any seating besides the bed (no desk/chair even though there was space). It is definitely a basic, no frills hotel, but it was clean and simple and did the job for me as a solo traveler. Only downsides I experienced were that 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service the entire week I was there and the lack of storage in the room (particularly in the shower and by the sink) made getting ready inconvenient. All that said, I would stay here again for the overall value and location.

one of 2 elevators broken, have been for months, you'll regularly wait 15 minutes to get downstairs if you are unlucky enough to be on the top floors. shower pressure is rubbish, beds are tiny. mould on the bathroom tiles. everything even smaller than it looks on a photograph.

Great location. Walking distance to transport, restaurants, shopping, theatre etc. Clean rooms, modern but worth oaying for a room with a window. Storage in room limited and no tv, kettle which was a disappointment. Breakfast ok.

The room was clean but very cold on arrival - I had to jack up the temperature! Minimal amenities, considering the price - no tissues, no table to put anything on, no television. The location is excellent.

Extremely disappointed with the staff, quality, and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The area around the property was a life saver, and I'll be sure to stay somewhere else if I visit again.

Great location and clean room. Stayed there for a week. One of the 2 elevators were down the whole time so on multiple occasions I had to take the stairs. Would have been nice if the rooms had a kettle a little more closet/storage. Overall, great value for the location.
