Enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Great view from the 9th floor. Would stay again.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente! O café da manhã tem pouca variedade, mas tudo é muito bem feito e foi excelente também. O hotel em si é todo moderninho e tem um conceito clean, o que acaba impactando negativamente nas superfícies para se colocar coisas: malas e todo o resto acabam ficando no chão, nem saboneteira tem. Tirando isso, super recomendo o hotel e ficaria novamente.

The rooftop breakfast was amazing. Such a beautiful view. Central location, beautiful room, friendly staff. I can only recommend it. we will definitely come back !

GGood hotel, great location, close to bus and metro stations, clean. Reason for only 4 stars: I would really appreciate some shelves to put my clothes and my skin care products in the bathroom. There was no room to put anything anywhere in the room, extremely minimal.

Convenient location and room was adequate and clean. We had problems with the lights, though (which I read afterwards others had had, too). The light switch by the bed didn’t seem to control all the lights and when I turned on the light on my side of the bed it turned others on, too. So it was either all off or all on. It was also not clear where the ‘night light’ of the bathroom was. We liked the roof terrace, where we had a drink on the night we stayed and had breakfast the next morning. We had not booked breakfast but we asked if we could decide on the day and they said yes. What they didn’t say then is that it costs more on the day vs booking in advance - £22.50! For a buffet breakfast. There wasn’t even that much to choose from and some of it was cold. Rip off. I suppose you pay for the location and view (?)

The distance to major London theatres and highlights of the city are walkable from this hotel. Good price-quality.

Great location. Despite being in a busy area, room was soindproof. Check in attendant was great, after that, the staff were disinterested. Restaurant area on top floor was lovely, breakfast food cold and nit very good.

Perfectly located. Room was actually larger than expected. The hotel is clean itself. Because of the high traffic area, right outside the hotel, it can get dirty. The staff was very attentive.

Fab hotel for a short stay. Small room with a fantastic bathroom, perfect for a busy trip when you need somewhere clean, comfortable and central to sleep

Close to sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Small rooms, but nice and clean.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Very convenient location to restaurants and theatre. To see MouseTrap is only a 5 minute walk. Underground is across the street.

The location of the hotel is great! For our stay, we were given a handicap-adapted room. You’d think, “Nice, more space, right?” And yes, that part was true. But it quickly became a bit of a challenge when you're traveling with a 2-meter-tall husband. The sink reached his knees, the showerhead was at hip height, and the soap dispenser was down by his ankles. To make things more interesting, there were several emergency alarm cords throughout the room, constantly getting tangled in them. One of them went off, and we thought, “No problem, we’ll just hit the reset button.” That didn’t work… and no one came to check either. The rooftop does have a great view, and the staff were friendly. But the place is starting to show its age. The furniture is worn, and the tables are painted with some kind of sticky coating that makes them feel permanently dirty. That said, we did have a good time overall. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and again the staff were friendly and the location is excellent. One last note: during check-out, someone had left their wig on the reception counter. Not the freshest goodbye...

Great price for the location, small room but perfectly ok, no window may leave some feeling claustrophobic. Great shower and nice roof top bar with great views. Staff were helpful.

Great place in the heart of London, fantastic service and breakfast was an absolute bonus considering breakfast options in London is scarce
