Expedia does not advertise these as windowless rooms. I double checked the listing and nowhere does it state the room is windowless until you have booked the non refundable room. It is listed as a cozy single until it's booked then described as cozy - windowless. The booking should be more transparent as we would not have booked this for 5 nights. Additionally, the following amenities are not provided: TV, mini fridge, phone in room to call reception, coffee/tea, chair or table in room. Ultimately you're paying for the location.

great location for first time in london

Sentral beliggenhet, og et fresht ytre. Sjekket ikke størrelse på dobbeltseng før bestilling, den var maks 140x190cm. Klamt og innestengt rom, da det var ganske lite og uten vinduer.

Very nice staff, located in a very busy area with restaurants, shops, museums and theaters nearby. They let us store our luggage in their lobby as we had a late flight. Rooms are quite small, but comfortable and had a balcony.

Convenient and clean, close to everything.

The hotel was a great one. Our a/c broke down in the middle of the night but the staff did everything they could to assist us. They took us to a hotel close by. It’s very convinient. Close to the tube and bus stops.

There is no better place to stay in London! Centrally located, spacious, friendly staff. I would do it all over again!

Very small room and bathroom

Enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Great view from the 9th floor. Would stay again.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente! O café da manhã tem pouca variedade, mas tudo é muito bem feito e foi excelente também. O hotel em si é todo moderninho e tem um conceito clean, o que acaba impactando negativamente nas superfícies para se colocar coisas: malas e todo o resto acabam ficando no chão, nem saboneteira tem. Tirando isso, super recomendo o hotel e ficaria novamente.

The rooftop breakfast was amazing. Such a beautiful view. Central location, beautiful room, friendly staff. I can only recommend it. we will definitely come back !

GGood hotel, great location, close to bus and metro stations, clean. Reason for only 4 stars: I would really appreciate some shelves to put my clothes and my skin care products in the bathroom. There was no room to put anything anywhere in the room, extremely minimal.

Convenient location and room was adequate and clean. We had problems with the lights, though (which I read afterwards others had had, too). The light switch by the bed didn’t seem to control all the lights and when I turned on the light on my side of the bed it turned others on, too. So it was either all off or all on. It was also not clear where the ‘night light’ of the bathroom was. We liked the roof terrace, where we had a drink on the night we stayed and had breakfast the next morning. We had not booked breakfast but we asked if we could decide on the day and they said yes. What they didn’t say then is that it costs more on the day vs booking in advance - £22.50! For a buffet breakfast. There wasn’t even that much to choose from and some of it was cold. Rip off. I suppose you pay for the location and view (?)

The distance to major London theatres and highlights of the city are walkable from this hotel. Good price-quality.

Great location. Despite being in a busy area, room was soindproof. Check in attendant was great, after that, the staff were disinterested. Restaurant area on top floor was lovely, breakfast food cold and nit very good.

Perfectly located. Room was actually larger than expected. The hotel is clean itself. Because of the high traffic area, right outside the hotel, it can get dirty. The staff was very attentive.
