We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters as well. If you are first time in London, this is a nice choice, except for the room size.

There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money.

飯店人員於住宿期間敲房門，表示因為空調系統有問題，要入內查看。雖然最後入內查看後沒有異狀，但整個經驗仍讓人感到不安。我住過多家飯店，從未發生這種情況

Staff excellent service. Our room was clean and towels change everyday. Windows have noice cancellation, which helps with blocking city noise. We booked the room with extra space and was ideal for me and my husband. Given us space to open our luggage and room to walk to not feel cramped. My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower we couldn’t adjusted. Luckily for us, was at a temperature we did like. Also, room pillows need an upgrade. Rooftop views are beautiful. However can’t comment on the restaurant didn’t try it.

A decent enough hotel. Location was good, I stayed on the 9th floor and was a little distracted by the noise from the rooftop bar on level 10, but that eventually stopped just after 11pm.

Room very clean and well kept Close to everything

J’étais au 1er étage, chambre 101. La chambre était propre mais un peu petite pour deux personnes. Le lit un peu juste en largeur pour deux. C’est assez calme, sauf le bruit des bouteilles de verre, jetées dans les poubelles sans doute par les restaurants des rues arrières. La vue du restaurant est top. Le petit-déjeuner est bien, mais ne change pas. L’hôtel a un parfait emplacement.

Expect tiny rooms

Hôtel très calme super bien situé (à coté de China Town, 2min de Piccadilly Circus, 5 min de Trafalgar Square) au coeur du quartier animé (comédies musicales, restaurants, bars,...) et juste en face d'une station de métro. Idéal pour des ballades à pied (5 min du National Galery, 10 min de Covent market, 20 min du British Museum) et partout grâce au métro. L'hôtel est très propre (la chambre est faite chaque jour, les serviettes changées, papier réapprovisionné). Le petit déjeuner est au niveau du roof top avec une vue spectaculaire, Conseil : prendre une chambre "Large" (15 m2) et dans les étages supérieurs. ATTENTION : les chambres classiques sont très petites et il y en a même SANS fenêtres ! La chambre est sympa décorée d'un gros lapin . Pas de TV ni de quoi se faire un café/thé, dommage mais pas très grave puisqu'on est venu pour visiter. Par contre se qui manque est un endroit pour poser des affaires, il n'y a aucun meuble ni tablette ni chaise ou fauteuil pour poser quoi que ce soit. Ce n'est pas grand chose pour améliorer. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais strictement le même les 6 jours que nous y avons séjourné. Bilan : super Hotel mais je n'ai noté que 4 sur 5 à cause du manque de dépose habits et de la répétition des petits déjeuner.

Værelset var meget "basic" og lidt slidt, men rent. Personalet var venlige. Der var ikke noget tv, ingen mulighed for at lave kaffe/te, sengen var smal, 140 cm selvom det skulle være en dobbeltseng, ikke noget bord/stol. Morgen buffeten var noget skrabet, men kunne spises, udsigten fantastisk. Temperatur reguleringen i lokalet dårlig, enten meget varmt eller gennemtræk.

La chambre initiale était minuscule, mais j’ai donc été surclassé pour la deuxième nuit.

Reception staff were excellent, very welcoming. Room was great value, comfortable beds. Good variety for breakfast but not very warm by 9am Friends had difficulty checking in on line so didn’t book breakfast. Was told at check in could pay in the morning. Nowhere did it say they charge 7.50 more each on top of the 15 pound we paid.

No tv. No telephone. No lobby. No refrigerator. Dimly lit. A/c didn’t work well. Toilet didn’t flush every time. No counter in bathroom. Very small bed (full). Avoid this hotel if you can
