地點很好，在Piccadiliy line 上，機場可以直接到Leicester Square，出站對面就到。附近搭地鐵或公車都很方便去倫敦市區景點，柯芬園和大笨鐘等知名景點步行10-15分鐘可以到。附近也有超市和中國城，吃東西選擇很多。離West end 大部分的劇場都大概十分鐘距離，晚上附近觀光客和看劇的人也多，很熱鬧。 算是市中心的精華地段，旅館本身不大，但旅館大門隨時都有人看著，人員都親切親切。有兩台電梯，室內也有空調。房型就看每個人的預算和選擇，有無窗和有窗的房型，因為入住天數長，我選擇有窗的，但價位也比較貴，但事後覺得有窗戶的選擇是對的，每天早上出門前可以看一下天氣。房型是with a little extra space ，入住後才知道房型是無障礙空間的，兩個行李箱都有空間打開，但是只有一個小床頭櫃和兩層抽屜，沒有更多的桌子或置物平台，所以很多東西都還是塞回行李箱。無障礙的廁所的淋浴是沒有另外玻璃隔出來，所以洗完澡地板就容易濕濕的。裡面提供的備品不多，2合1的沐浴洗頭乳和洗手乳，還有吹風機。因為倫敦是硬水，還是需要自己帶慣用的洗髮精和護髮乳，不然頭髮容易打結。 （浴室不知道有時候是不是馬桶管線問題，有時候會有點味道） 裡面沒有冰箱，建議可以自己帶煮水壺和杯子盤子，可以在旅館簡單泡個熱飲或是外面買麵包回來吃。 旅館的床都是一張雙人床，但床型比較小，像我和我妹住，兩個女生還好，但可能對男生來說可能就顯小。沒有電視（讓我覺得有點可惜，我出國都喜歡看當地的電視台和新聞氣象）但有網路，隔音也算好。每天工作人員都會來鋪床收垃圾，維持房間乾淨。 入住前或後寄放行李需要另外付錢（以每個行李15鎊計價），因為覺得有點貴，所以另外找附近其他相對便宜的地方寄放行李 如果是要在倫敦市中心玩，這個旅館算是不錯的選擇，交通上真的很方便。

We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters as well. If you are first time in London, this is a nice choice, except for the room size.

飯店人員於住宿期間敲房門，表示因為空調系統有問題，要入內查看。雖然最後入內查看後沒有異狀，但整個經驗仍讓人感到不安。我住過多家飯店，從未發生這種情況

The staff were lovely, check in easy. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room did not work. Staff member was lovely and found us another room, air conditioning did not work in there either but was a larger room so not as stuffy. Offered us a fan but presumably unable to find one as did not return however was lovely and not complaining about him at all.

Great location, ideal if you want to stay close to Chinatown and Covent Garden. FYI housekeeping is every 4th night of your stay. So my bin wasn't cleaned daily . No mini bar or kettle so be mindful if you food or medication that needs refrigeration.

Rommet og sengene var mye mindre enn forventet. Vi fikk vindu, men da mot bakgård med søppel og bråk. De som jobbet der var kjempekoselige.

The location is excellent, and the staff are very helpful. That said, the room design prioritizes style over function. The bunny chair is cute, but in a small room it serves little purpose. Although the room accommodates two people, only one side of the bed has a nightstand. The bunny chair seems intended as a substitute, but its uneven surface can’t even hold a glass of water. The bathroom has similar issues. The sink is too small and shallow, so water splashes everywhere and the floor stays wet. The shower is separated only by a curtain, which does little to keep the water contained. The hallway is too dark. Lighting Lis the problem. They charge about £15-20 ( don’t remember exactly, but it’s a lot) for store a luggage if you arrive early than check in time. That’s a rubbery! With such a great location, this property could be much better. The overall experience feels like an elevator that almost reaches the top floor but stops one level short—close to being great, yet missing some important practical details.

Great location and the bedding was clean thats about it. No tea or coffee making in room, no tv and £15 a day for luggage storage.

The hotel is just ok. Once and never again. Just fulfilled the purpose to be in central London but for the price that you pay you get very little. It’s a typical high price low effort hotel. The staff is ok but it’s also perceivable that it’s cheap student or equivalent staff. The room has near to none amenities and the sink in the bathroom was so small that it didn’t fit any of my belongings. The shower gel bottle was broken. What really upset me was that the cleaning personnel forcefully unlocked my door while I had the privacy sign hanging and door locked - I literally had to shout three times out of the shower for her to get out of my room. Privacy doesn’t seem to matter here. It’s ok but never again
