We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters as well. If you are first time in London, this is a nice choice, except for the room size.

There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money.

飯店人員於住宿期間敲房門，表示因為空調系統有問題，要入內查看。雖然最後入內查看後沒有異狀，但整個經驗仍讓人感到不安。我住過多家飯店，從未發生這種情況

Friendly staff, location is awesome and a nice restaurant on the rooftop!

Clean, simple, no frills, exactly what’s needed.

Location: perfect. It is in Leicester square so walking distance to Piccadily, Covent Garden, Soho, Regent Street, Mayfair. Hotel it self is nothing to boast about. Small entrance. Small elevators. Fully automated check-in (I reckon human touch is becoming more and more expensive). Room: Extremely spartan but not necessarily bad. I'd say more "functional" than anything. No TV in the room, no minibar/fridge in the room. This is ok for me. I had chosen a room type with windows and I think it is a must. The only real complaint in vis-a-vis the room is the size of the toilet. The size of the sink is similar to small sailing boat sinks. Besides that water temperature, flow speed is all good. It is just the size of the sink I complain. But this is not the reason of one less star: I got bit by bedbugs while staying there. I sent an e-mail to them to let them know so that they can take action. After 24 odd hours still no reply. That pissed me off. Take your bug spray of choice if you want to stay there

Room was spotless and the staff were great. They answered any questions via email before arrival and were very helpful during the stay as well. The location was perfect for our visit.

Vistelsen var okej , bra lokalisation och man vill checka in och göra allt självt . Fanns personal vid behov . Rum gjordes inte rent trots att man bad om det . Fick rena handdukar ibland . Klinkers i badrummet som var löst .

Das Zimmer war groß und mit Fenster (Aufpreis) Es war für uns sauber genug und wirkte gepflegt. Leider schließte die Duschkabinentür nicht komplett ab wodurch das Bad schnell überflutet war. Das wurde dem Personal zweimal mitgeteilt leider konnte es nicht repariert werden. Die Abluft im Badezimmer konnte auch nicht abgeschalten werden und war dadurch etwas lauter abends. Wenn man aber die Tür zu machte war es ertragbar.
