We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters as well. If you are first time in London, this is a nice choice, except for the room size.

Good location, within walking distance of many famous sightseeing attractions. Many public transportation options nearby. Many choices of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. Small room without table or chairs. Good value for money.

There are plenty of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small and lacked a table and chairs, which was a notable drawback of the hotel. But still really good value for money.

飯店人員於住宿期間敲房門，表示因為空調系統有問題，要入內查看。雖然最後入內查看後沒有異狀，但整個經驗仍讓人感到不安。我住過多家飯店，從未發生這種情況

Great location , room was ready early without having to ask . Overall great experience

The wifi is terrible. It is in a central location which is great and was useful for working close by. The rooms were clean, but very little in the way of comforts. No tele (which I can understand for travellers and tourists), but not for working professionals. Staff were helpful, however, one member of staff in the morning was screaming, swearing and banging on the desk to another colleague on my last morning, which was definitely not OK.

Lo que más me gustó de este hotel fue su ubicación. Respecto a su personal, casi no se ve; muchas veces el área de recepción está vacía. La encargada del área de desayuno es muy amable, pero trabaja sola y a veces se le hace fila.

De eerste dag was ik een beetje sceptisch over mijn kamer, omdat er een tv ontbrak en ik had een uitzicht op een muur. Normaliter vind ik het fijn om tv te kunnen kijken als ik net arriveer om tot rust te komen (en Britse programma's te kunnen kijken). Nu ik weer thuis ben moet ik zeggen dat het juist goed was dat er geen tv op kamer was. Na een lange dag in Londen en in zo'n drukke omgeving bij Leicester Square was het juist fijn om te ontprikkelen in een prikkelarme kamer. Hulde! Door de centrale ligging van dit hotel kun je met gemak het OV pakken, naar de trekpleisters van Londen, fijn winkelen en naar de theaters, want je zit immers in West End. Verder waren de medewerkers (van de receptie, schoonmaak en het restaurant) supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima (er is zelf een Engels ontbijt voor de liefhebbers) met een mooi uitzicht op London (er is een dakterras). Mijn hotelkamer werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt en het bed lag heerlijk. Dit hotel kan ik van harte aanbevelen. Veel dank!

Place was great. Staff was incredible especially Adam! He helped us with food places and recommended lots of places to go. Amazing place!

Avoid!! I was granted access to a hotel room with somebody else's belongings in .. apparently the room had been cleaned so no idea how this happened, very concerning secur

I was given a key to a room that was already occupied... not a great start, but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently by the staff.

Hotel très bien situé. Très propre. Restaurant du petit déjeuner parfait. Mais service minimum. Pas de télévision pas de connexion internet, pas de rangement dans la chambre...

Great for shops, but the basics- a bed and a bathroom and a hairdryer, towels and all in one wash. No kettle or fridge etc. Rooms not soundproofed. Tube noise louder than in other hotels ive stayed in.
