The staff was not helpful. We found our hairdryer out of order (giving out smoke and burning smell when it's on) at midnight and told the staff member at the lobby and his reply was: 'I can't do anything with it.'

地點很好，在Piccadiliy line 上，機場可以直接到Leicester Square，出站對面就到。附近搭地鐵或公車都很方便去倫敦市區景點，柯芬園和大笨鐘等知名景點步行10-15分鐘可以到。附近也有超市和中國城，吃東西選擇很多。離West end 大部分的劇場都大概十分鐘距離，晚上附近觀光客和看劇的人也多，很熱鬧。 算是市中心的精華地段，旅館本身不大，但旅館大門隨時都有人看著，人員都親切親切。有兩台電梯，室內也有空調。房型就看每個人的預算和選擇，有無窗和有窗的房型，因為入住天數長，我選擇有窗的，但價位也比較貴，但事後覺得有窗戶的選擇是對的，每天早上出門前可以看一下天氣。房型是with a little extra space ，入住後才知道房型是無障礙空間的，兩個行李箱都有空間打開，但是只有一個小床頭櫃和兩層抽屜，沒有更多的桌子或置物平台，所以很多東西都還是塞回行李箱。無障礙的廁所的淋浴是沒有另外玻璃隔出來，所以洗完澡地板就容易濕濕的。裡面提供的備品不多，2合1的沐浴洗頭乳和洗手乳，還有吹風機。因為倫敦是硬水，還是需要自己帶慣用的洗髮精和護髮乳，不然頭髮容易打結。 （浴室不知道有時候是不是馬桶管線問題，有時候會有點味道） 裡面沒有冰箱，建議可以自己帶煮水壺和杯子盤子，可以在旅館簡單泡個熱飲或是外面買麵包回來吃。 旅館的床都是一張雙人床，但床型比較小，像我和我妹住，兩個女生還好，但可能對男生來說可能就顯小。沒有電視（讓我覺得有點可惜，我出國都喜歡看當地的電視台和新聞氣象）但有網路，隔音也算好。每天工作人員都會來鋪床收垃圾，維持房間乾淨。 入住前或後寄放行李需要另外付錢（以每個行李15鎊計價），因為覺得有點貴，所以另外找附近其他相對便宜的地方寄放行李 如果是要在倫敦市中心玩，這個旅館算是不錯的選擇，交通上真的很方便。

We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters as well. If you are first time in London, this is a nice choice, except for the room size.

Good location, within walking distance of many famous sightseeing attractions. Many public transportation options nearby. Many choices of restaurant options for breakfast and dinner. Small room without table or chairs. Good value for money.

But still really good value for money.

飯店人員於住宿期間敲房門，表示因為空調系統有問題，要入內查看。雖然最後入內查看後沒有異狀，但整個經驗仍讓人感到不安。我住過多家飯店，從未發生這種情況

Good for the price - small but did the job

Personale var på ingen måde hjælpsom. Vores første bookning skulle filter ved Aircondition skiftes, hvilke de ikke fik gjort. Ved næste ophold havde vi booket standard værelse med vindue og fik et meget smalt vindue ( 20 cm). Det svarede på ingen måde til billederne vi så ved bookningen.

Hotel was in a wonderful location, very walkable to various theaters, sites, restaurants, and pubs.

AC fungerade bra, speciellt när det var så varmt i stan. Städningen var man tvungen att boka, bokade daglig städning 3 gånger inklusive vid check-in, dem städade två gånger på 5 nätter. Bad om nya handdukar en kväll när vi gick ut då städningen aldrig hände, kom tillbaka 4 timmar senare och då är klockan 22, fortfarande inga handdukar så jag fick gå ner och hämta nya själv för att få det. Bra läge och rent i övrigt men rekommenderar inte detta hotellet med tanke på det jag skrev ovan och man aldrig vet när det kommer att städas.

Had to swap our rooms twice due to the AC not working and the toilet not flushing

Hotellet var super fint og rent, men der var ikke noget vindue man kunne åbne og aircondition var ikke særlig brugbar. Hvis man tager afsted om sommeren skal man være klar på et meget varmt og indelukket værelse. Udover det har det været et fint hotel med søde medarbejdere.

Meget fint værelse selvom det var noget småt. Sengene er ikke dobbelt senge, men halvanden mands senge, så forventer man dobbeltsenge så bliver mange skuffet. Men efter "London forhold" så var det meget fint. Dejligt med aircondition så værelset var dejligt tempereret. Hotellet er meget centralt liggende tæt på Trafalgar Square. Venligt og serviceminded personale. Jeg kunne sagtens bo her igen.

Quarto pequeno, mas funcional, banheiro muito bom. As toalhas foram trocadas só uma vez, por solicitação e os quartos não foram limpos nem arrumados durante os oito dias de hospedagem. Atendimento e café excelentes, apesar de de não haver variação, Localização excelente, perto de tudo e metrô direto para o aeroporto.

The hotel was a great spot for exploring London. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well thought out. Small, but perfect for short stays in central London Sadly the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. We asked reception to help with this, but the issue wasn't resolved during our stay.

Good location but the rooms are minuscule. There was nowhere to sit or where to put things or open your suitcase. Bed is against the wall so it’s super hard to get out of it without disturbing the other person. There was nowhere TV in the room either. We arrived 2hs earlier and were charged £50 to enter the room. Late check out at 2pm was another £80. To keep your luggage in storage it was £15 per item!! Wi-fi was unreliable and slow. The only positive thing was the air conditioner in the room. Other than that it was not worth £150 a night. There are other hotels in the area for the price.

The location is excellent, literally steps from the underground station, and the rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewer smell coming from the shower and sink drains. The first night was particularly difficult, and even with the bathroom door closed, the odor was overwhelming when opened. I reported it to the staff, and maintenance attempted a fix while we were out, but the smell returned quickly. The hotel and surrounding ones were fully booked, so we couldn’t change rooms. We managed to reduce the odor by keeping the drain covered with a wet towel for the rest of our stay. The room would also benefit from a proper chair, as the only seating option was the bed. Additionally, the pillows were thin, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Great location and kind staff, but the room conditions need improvement.

Excellent location and a good size( for the middle of London) room. Roof top bar with amazing views of the Thames.
