Great stay - nice cool room on a hot day with good air conditioning. Clean room, great location (I was staying for business but actually would be a great place to stay for theatre or touristy visits!). Room is well decorated and clean - but pretty basic in terms of amenities (which is does say on the hotel website and probably on Hotels.com although I didn't pay much attention) - rooms do not have a TV (but reliable fast WiFi to keep busy on your own device), nor do they have a fridge or safe. And - horror! - a combined 'body wash and shampoo' and no conditioner! Otherwise great.

Excellent hotel in perfect commutable area. I was a bit worried about staying here as a solo female traveller when I read some reviews, however it was great. Staff were helpful at check in and check out, room was clean and had air con, it was very quiet and I barely seen another person. The area is perfect for visiting theatre district and most other attractions. The subway is 2mins away for further afield. Very reasonably priced for this area. I would definitely recommend!
The only 1 thing, the rooftop bar was closed 2 nights out of 3 for private functions so if u want this be aware, however there are loads of bars and restaurants within a minutes walk.

気温が毎日30°を超える中、冷房が機能しておらずファンの貸し出しを受けたが、部屋の換気が全くないため蒸し風呂状態。ロビーや朝食フロアは冷房が効いているのに部屋だけ冷房を止めてる様。スタッフに冷房をつける様依頼したが、できないと。
部屋の掃除も日中されておらず、こちらからのリクエストでタオル交換をしてもらった。
Expediaの口コミや評価を疑うレベルで二度と利用しない。

The hotel is fine the rooms has a fine size taking how central in London the hotel is placed. The restaurant and breakfast is not worth the money we ended up going somewhere else on day 2

We had the room that was called cozy with a little extra room and the pictures make it look like the room is bigger.. and the hotel is a little bit kind of fun, but there’s no hotel lobby at all in the hotel. The room is literally a closet the bathroom you can barely get one person in. They and the sink is so small. Maybe this is OK for just a single person with no frills or thrills. We are a seasoned travelers around Europe, and this is the first time we’ve been fooled By the way the hotel looked online and the reviews must not all be real. But it is in a great area.

When you walk in it hits you so dirty we also walked in and the staff were having a argument
On entering room awful mood in bathroom and bedside table tiny room even though we booked room with extra space. Carpet filthy bedding worn I’m ew they had no tv but to have no tea facilities and no safe and nowhere to put things as no cupboards or desk.
Only good thing was the roof top bar staff good but still mucky.

We arrived late due to fight issues, and had a hard time finding hotels there is no address number at entry. Finally found it, security helped with our check in, he was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and was what I expected, but AC kept shutting down, when I mentioned they had someone look at it right away and provide us with a breakfast voucher at restaurant. Staff were amazing, efficient, friendly and always willing to assist with concerns or directions. Yes, I would stay there again.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience with Assembly Leicester Square. I booked two rooms well over a year in advance by mistake, as I had intended to book for the same year in which I made the reservation. I contacted the property within days of making the booking to explain what had happened and ask whether there was any possible solution other than keeping the reservation.
Unfortunately, the staff were incredibly unhelpful, and I was ultimately left to absorb the full cost of the stay while also having to book rooms at another property for the dates I originally intended. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this property.

1. The toilet was so close to the sink, I had to put my legs underneath the sink to sit down - this is either an installation issue, error in design or extremely poor and lazy architecture.
2. The shower flooded due to the waste water not draining. This was highlighted to the staff who fail to fix or at least investigate the problem over 3 nights!
3. There was no coffee making facilities in or outside of the room.
4. The room was not cleaned during the 3 night stay although it says cleaning everyday and asking the staff to schedule cleaning.
5. I had to take towels off the trolley that was cleaning vacant rooms.
6. Their bed was lumpy and extremely small, a small ‘double’ at best.
7. The aircon was unstable and inconsistent with the room reaching temperatures of 28 degrees+
8. The room was extortionate for the standard of the room and facilities they offered, circa £270 per night. I highly advise avoiding this place.
9. There was no space to put my wash bag down in the bathroom other than the floor or top of a toilet cistern which is unhygienic and inconvenient.

Hotel room was clean, tidy and modern. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great central location, great for exploring london, going to see a show. The only two things that let the hotel down and makes me question staying again is no extra pillows in the room, your stuck with what you got, which for me wasnt enough and no tea and coffee making facilities. Never stayed in a hotel that didnt have this. Waking up and not having a tea/coffee while you get ready to explore london was not great. Add tea/coffee to each room and extra pillows and this hotel would be perfect.

Cosy room with extra space ???
This was literally a bed in a room with a very large pink rabbit with padlock and leather straps!!!
Although this was a great talking point we had no where at all to hang any clothes, no sofa [as advertised]
No mini fridge no kettle or no TV, but we had the rabbit?
Opinion really , just very odd !

This is a bare bones hotel that has phenomenal location for easy theater going. But know the rooms are small, there is no tv, or phone, the bathroom is tight, shower has body wash only, and if your on the 9th floor as we were expecting to be asleep before midnight is difficult with the music and noise of the bar above you. Elevator is small but does work well. Room is clean, and the AC is fantastic.

Terrible stay. AC didn’t work half the time, blow drier consistently blew out the electric outlets, much much smaller than advertised ( even the extra spacious room ) and room was only cleaned and maintained after requested
